Sam is only the 3rd person in my life I have hired who is the real deal. He is polite, funny, punctual good communicator and knows what he is doing. He is honest. I had to remove vertical drywall(the ceiling drywall was left intact) You have to remove the drywall tape from where the vertical meets horizontal drywall folks. When you do this you remove the texture on the horizontal surface. Its only a small strip about 3 inches in width but it screws up your pattern on the ceiling. I had quotes telling OH WE HAVE TO SCRAPE THE WHOLE CEILING CAUSE YOU CANT MATCH THE PATTERN. That is a lie. This guy sprayed only the first 4 or 5 inches then blended in the old texture style to the new one extremely well. He saved me money and time. He is honest. /He could have given me some story about having to scrape it all off and start new. He did not. He was punctual. He was late one morning but HE TEXTED ME AND LET ME KNOW. I DONT CARE IF PEOPLE ARE AN HOUR LATE, NOT AT ALL, BUT YOU HAVE TO COMMUNICATE AND HE DOES. I have hired a lot inept so called CONTRACTORS since coming to Florida and they all sucked except my carpet guy. This guy will give you fair prices, do good work and be honest with you. I would not hesitate to call him to do another dry wall job for me. Thanks again Sam you did a good job man. Anyone wants to go ahead and call me if you like you can see the work he has done. Why am I taking the time to write this for someone I don't even know? Because I had a really hard time here getting this fuc)(%*$*$()*$)(*$)($* house finished with shi()%*$(*$)($* contractors who are lazy, cheat you, lie to you and just don't care about quality. Man its a relief to find someone you can turn your back on, walk away, and not worry about having to watch him constantly. I wish you the best of luck sir you deserve it.

Sam did a great job for us as usual. This is the fifth time he has done work on our remodeling projects. He is very versital and willing to help in any way.
