Excellent work from start to finish. Chris was very responsive and punctual from the get go. Initially we were undecided about which way to go as far as upgrades, and he took the time to provide alternative quotes based on each. Before the project started, Chris coordinated with us as far as timing and duration of the install and painting, so we could let our neighbors know in advance as well. He even arranged to secure the necessary city permits, which was a nice added bonus. Every step of the way, he and his two man crew were right on time, professional in every way, did excellent, neat work and finished exactly when he said they would. One calendar week total was certainly not too long to wait for a beautiful and durable face lift to our house. I would certainly recommend Chris and iRemodel to anyone considering repairs and/or upgrades. He also had previously installed a toilet for us, and we saw the beautiful work he had done inside to our neighbors bathroom. I am rating Chris for his promptness and willingness to work with me in such a short notice. I messaged Chris on angieslist, and on the same day, he responded and we made an appointment that night for a quote. I ended-up not hiring him only because my boyfriend decided to complete the floor tile.

Very professional, helpful, and friendly. $24,000 was just the initial estimate, so this may have been flexible with adjustments to services.

The provider setup an appointment and was a no show. He did not even call to apologize for the no show.

I was referred to Chris Mercer who works with iRemodel for granite countertops. Chris was easy to deal with, thorough and provided high quality work. He took my wife and I out to look at granite slabs and we had no problem finding a great choice. He had the countertops made to our needs, fitted with sinks, and handling the cutouts for electric on site. He did our kitchen, island, and two bathroom countertops, as well as a small wet bar area. His measures were accurate and all the sinks were undercounted. He showed up when he said he would and complete the job in one very long day. He used a very high quality sealer as well. He was very easy to deal with, included all the tear-outs and cleaned up after. Highly recommend for quality granite. It's beautiful.

They are reasonably priced, responsible, and do a quality job.

I called this company for an estimate on remodeling my bathroom. Chris came out and took some measurements and answered questions for me but never followed up with the estimate. This was over a month ago.T

Everything went very well. He did a very nice job on the crown molding, and he was a pleasant guy to work with. He showed up when he said he was going too. His price was very good; we had one other estimate, and they were a lot higher.

They are competitively priced and have done excellent work for us. All of our projects have turned out extremly well.

His crew created a built in a breakfast nook. They did it very timely and a good job. The job was also done well.
