Dustin did a great job, He gave me multiple estimates for different ways to paint the place. Nd he was very communicative about the schedule as it related to what the rain was doing to his ability to get here. Once he got here, he did the joibin a timely manner and did it to my satisfaction. I added a few extras as we got started and he was very accommodating and fair with the price. I would use him again.

Dustin and his team of painters at Investment Painting of North Florida did a fantastic job for me. They were referred to me by a number of people in my neighborhood that have used his services. Dustin was quick to respond to my email requesting an estimate. He was able to meet me at the job site in a timely manner and give an estimate to me very quickly. Investment Painting worked at 2 projects for me at the same time and completed them on schedule. Throughout the process, I checked on the work being performed and it was excellent. They do not cut corners and do a very complete and thorough job. Dustin is very friendly and personable and truly cares about providing great customer service at a very reasonable price. I have continued to use Investment Painting for other painting projects and have referred them to other people as well who are very pleased with their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for interior/exterior painting work to be done.

Investment Painting of North FL provided pressure washing services. They cleaned our sidewalk, driveway and home. They were in and out quickly and it turned out awesome. It was amazing how clean everything was when they were finished.

All worked performed as promised. Happy with quality and will be using for future work. Nice to have an owner who is actually part of the 'working' crew and not just someone who you see when you get an estimate.

Dustin was very professional and easy to communicate with. He gave an estimated cost and time of completion. The time and cost estimates were spot on. The work was high quality. I am very happy with the way the colors turned out.

I am a real estate agent and the home was one I had listed for sale, not my personal property. The home was in rather poor condition and in need of a lot of work. Dustin was very easy to contact and schedule for an estimate. He was prompt in providing the estimate and the estimate was detailed and appeared professional. The initial work was also done promptly, as scheduled, and Dustin was good about letting me know how things were progressing. Upon completion, he provided before/after pictures that were great to receive. I was not present during most of the work, nor was a present when they packed up and finished, which I ultimately regretted a little). I did find quite a bit of tape left around on handles and smoke detectors, etc when I finally got back to the house; there was some sloppiness with paint and texture (e.g. paint on some fan blades and texture sprayed onto some vents etc.); and some holes had been spackled but not painted. I called Dustin and sent him some pictures - he immediately said he would do whatever was necessary to make it right - and HE DID. (He even offered to replace the fans, but it ended up not being necessary because they wiped clean.) He indicated (and I agreed) that some of my complaints were things that he/his men did not do (again - the house was in rough shape to start), but he still fixed them at no additional charge. Bottom line, I was extremely pleased with Investment Painting and would recommend them (and use them personally) without hesitation. In the future, I would be sure to monitor the work along the way and make sure to document any pre-existing problems/imperfections at the start. I would also be sure to review the work before any contractor leaves the job to catch any problems immediately... All of this goes for any contractor. Mistakes can happen (the ones on this job were all minor and cosmetic), but the integrity, honesty, and willingness of the contractor to truly value and protect the customer's investment are priceless - Dustin is an upstanding, ethical, and conscientious businessman and I respect him tremendously for that.
