The two technicians sent did an excellent job. They were professional and quick, and I was very pleased overall with the job. It was great to have a real person (the owner, Paul) answer the phone and have a discussion about my issue. I would definitely hire this company again.

A team of two workers were sent. They did an excellent job fixing/replacing the two breakers and the two outdoor lights. I have recommended Infinity Electric to several people. I will definitely call them when I need them.

A home I just purchased and needed eight new ceiling fans for both practical and aesthetic purposed. I spent a pretty penny on some fans and needed to ensure that they were assembled and installed professionally. Having read reviews on here let me to put Paul on a list of a few to call. In the end, it couldn't have gone better. His price was better than a few peers and he was able to fit me into his schedule quickly. I wasn't home while he did the install but he was polite to my wife and worked as quickly as possible. His price was right on the money and I am already planning on calling him back for more electrical work I'll be needing done soon.

James educates and gives his professional recommendations to his customers! James thoroughly educated me what work needed to be performed over the phone and even made a trip out to make certain he was providing an accurate quote. After an initial assessment of my current panel he provided two options for the service and explained how each option would benefit us as well as his opinion on how long it would take to recoup our energy cost saving. We were able to make an informed decision in the end and decided to stick with a traditional water heater, it was James' honesty and professionalism that will have me referring him to everyone i know and using him for all my electrical needs.

Old doorbell transformer was working and needed to be replaced. The work was done quickly and efficiently. My new "high tech doorbell" works fine.

Paul did really great work and made sure to place the outlet where I wanted it to go. He's very easy to get along with and was able to get out to do the work quickly. I would definitely hire him again in the future and recommend him to others.

Excellent! Good work. Made suggestions on how to improve what we had requested. Most importantly, employees made a really good effort to clean up the area when they were finished.

Actual contracted work was done very quickly-in about a hour. Some additional time was spent trying to find out why my heat pump/air conditioner started blowing hot air just before the electricians finished. As it turn out I had to call in the Air conditioning repair service who discovered that the thermostat had a loose connection which put the unit into default mode which is heat! This loose connection had nothing to do with the work Infinity had done, though initially I had incorrectly assumed that they had created the problem.

Paul, the electrician, showed up on time and did the agreed upon required work on schedule at a fair price.

I called and set an appointment for a quote and he came out same day. His quote was affordable so we agreed on a start date. Tom and Rob arrived on time and did a superior job. They were friendly and very efficient in their work. The price was quite fair and they cleaned up after they were done. I had never used them before but would certainly use them again. The experience worked out perfectly.

Paul Stewart (owner) installed my bathroom fans and can lights last year, so I called him for an estimate on this new project. He showed up, listened to what I wanted and provided me the estimate. It was a little pricey, however, based on his level of work in the past, I considered it a fair price. I was surprised when 2 people showed up to do the work and neither was Paul. I guess I just assumed that he would be there, but none the less, they were both very good at their job. The quickly cut holes in the drywall for new electrical boxes and ran the Cat5 cables as I instructed. Then while one guy installed the Cat5 modular ends to the wires so that it would be professional on the wall plate, the other guy began installing the LED strip lights and the electrical switch and transformer. I was a little disappointed that he didn't cut out the cabinet and the drywall behind it to sink the electrical box. Instead, the electric box and the switch stick out from the back of the cabinet above my microwave. Not sure why they did this, but it's inside the cabinet, so it's not like I have to look at it. The remote light switch for the lights I elected to place under the cabinet (out of sight). I may have to take it down and reinstall it, because it is not quite flush with its face plate. I wish I would have seen that before they left. Overall, I am very satisfied. The lights look great and I can finally see what I am doing when preparing my food. And now, I don't have to rely on wifi throughout the whole house. I have the ability to hardwire my computers and TV in 4 different rooms. I highly recommend Infinity Electrical Company.

They showed up ON TIME and knew exactly what I needed. The pricing was fair for the amount of work done. I have a new house, so they were very considerate about keeping the work very clean. Excellent work!

Paul, he owns the company. He came out here. I bought a new house with a pool. Long story short, he owed me about an hours worth of work. I'd originally hired him to work on electricity problems I had with another house. I guess we had some type of communications issue, some stuff. I bought the Angie's List deal in January. In fact, I'd called him a couple of times, and I called him a couple of times again. He never returned my calls. Finally, I called another. I thought maybe this guy was out of business and I'd just get a refund. When I called Anglie's List, I didn't know about the 30-Day rule.I didn't know then but I do now. You definitely want to call within 30 days of buying the deal if you don't get any service and you can get a refund. They said, well, you know, we can't refund... And I said, "Well, hang on now. This guy didn't return my calls. Didn't say squat to me. Not even a hi, good-bye. Nothing. Can I get a deal on Angie's List and not set something up?" They said, "No, no, we'll help you out." Amanda was her name. She said, 'No, that's not the way it works. We just can't get you the refund." So I said, "Well then, I'd like the service, at least." She said, "Oh, yea, we'll get that for you." I guess she bird-dogged him for about two weeks and let him know, "You might have some legal problems here, you know, where you took money and didn't provide services.' And he was like, "No, no, I didn't even know it was on there," and he contacted me and asked if I'd like to get the refund or the hour. I said, "Well, I'd like to get the service if I could because I do have an electrical problem at my new house. So he came out here. He's a good electrician. He's excellent. He probably stays busier than what he can handle for himself. He came out and fixed the light on the pool. He comp'ed me the two light bulbs for the pool. All that kind of stuff. It was really good. He just asked that I give him a good rating. So, if you see Infinity Electric, give him five stars. He did a great job. I'd use him again -- I'd just make sure I caught up with him. He did say he had other customers and a problem with his phone not working and all that kind of stuff.

Mr. Stewart returned my call right away. Great communication. He gave me an approximate time of arrival and then texted me to let me know he was on his way. He was professional, worked efficiently, and was very personable. It was especially helpful that he was able to do the work on a weekend.

Company did not returne any of my many call for a request for services!!!!!!!

Perfectly-- this is a 1920 house & there would have been issues (more time spent on the repair)had they not known what they were doing.

Great the installer was able to put in two lights that I needed replaced.

Paul Stewart came out to see what I wanted to do. I said I wanted a ceiling fan put in my living room. I told him to hang the and run a wire across the ceiling for power. He told me he would get the bracket and would be back the next Monday. He didn't call or show up. I call and he said he would come Friday Oct. 14. He came back and left the bracket & screws. Never knock or rang the bell and left. I called and he said he had a job to do at 1:30 PM. I thought he would call me and let me know he was coming. He came by and drop his card off and left.

Arrived early, got work done promptly, and was very professional.

The electricians arrived early, spoke with us, laid out where the lights would be installed and made sure we were satisfied with the arrangements. The electricians completed the job in a little over an hour. They cleaned up completely. They did an excellent job. They communicated with us and made sure we were satisfied. I recommend this company.
