INDOOR COMFORT INC

Just a heads up that Indoor Comfort has been sold. Instead of telling us that, they sent a serviceman who blew out the line & charged $124. Refused to take a credit card, insisting on a check. We've used them for years, including purchasing two new units in 2015. When I called again today because the thermostat is doing the same thing, I was told they were sold & their phone number would be discontinued tomorrow. My husband retired in May and told everyone well in advance so that they could make other arrangements. I think Indoor Comfort & Hal Kelly should have given their customers the same courtesy.

They're very dependable, the men are qualified and know what they are doing. The owner backs them up, everything about them is pleasant.

They did the work in one day. Everything was very easy.

I think their prices are little high, but they do good work. I would recommend them to others and I would tell them to certainly consider them, but I do think they may little bit high. I would continue to use them because they installed it.

The company I had used for many years came in to check the equipment. I was told there was no use in trying to fix the unit.I called another company for a second opinion. This company fixed the unit and it has been working properly ever since-- for about 6months, now.

Everything went very well. The owner, Mr. Kelly, explained in detail the prices and options for my new air conditioner. They were prompt, very courteous, and knowledgeable. They thoroughly cleaned up when they were finished. The owner even came out in the middle of the project to check the progress and to assure I was pleased with how things were going. Overall, I believe they are the best business I have dealt with.

Not the absolute lowest price but was within two hundred dollars of the lowest of 3 prices. They made good recommendations, no pressure. They called to confirm appointment, showed up on time and finished when they said they would. Cleaned up after themselves. Wonderful people.
