My screen enclosure was tattered by the recent storms that came through the area. I reached out to several companies to get pricing and asses the professionalism of the estimator. Impact's estimator Paul was prompt and professional. He broke the quotes down so I could choose what services I wanted and he also presented me with a very well put together package of the company policies and warranty for material and labor. The installers cane out in company trucks with company shirts and performed a great job answering all my questions and concerns. They also pointed out things that they noticed needing fixing and took care of them with out question. The installers are not subs that show up, they are employees, which made me more comfortable as a homeowner and having work done on my property.

Impact Enclosures craftsman were very neat, courteous and perfectionist. I would highly recommend this company for your patio enclosure project.

Did in 1-day, love it!!!

We have just completed a really nice screen enclosure with Ryan and his team. This is our third job in 9 years with Impact. Every time, very thorough, excellent quality and customer service and great value. Why has anyone else do it when you are so satisfied? Highly recommended. Peter.

Amazing service. They kept in contact with me if/when they were delayed or behind schedule.

They were reliable and stayed in constant contact until job was completed. I wouldn't hesitate at all about hiring them again. They had a busy schedule and made it to me way ahead of the purposed start date.

Adam did a wonderful job and cleaned up afterwards.

Alvino and his partner did a wonderful job. Made quick work of the task and cleaned up so well it was as if they were never there! I highly recommend them.

I would give these folks more stars than 5 if I could. The work was completed quickly with much attention to detail and done well, the guys that performed the work were professional and friendly. As a pleasant surprise, a week or so later they sent someone out to inspect the work and ask if I was satisfied.

They came out promptly and did an excellent job of repairing the enclosure. would definitely recommend.

I selected them even though they were not the low bidder because of their integrity, but found that I was wrong. Ryan of Sales assured me of a 2 year warranty for work and materials. When hurricane Irma passed by, I was told that there would be a mandatory $225 fee for the repair of one screen the ripped. I maintained that it was improperly installed, but Ryan was unwilling to even examine the damage because the warranty did not cover hurricanes. I have since moved and am having a new enclosure built. I will not even consider Impact.

I hired this company because they appeared to be very professional and organized. We contracted for a screened patio and widened driveway. After my deposit was made, and my HOA approval sent, things went downhill quickly. I waited and waited for communication from this company, and finally had to call three times to get any answers about my project. I was told the pavers were on order. Right after that, I received a call from the salesperson, Ron Keiser, and was told my quote was incorrect, and that they wanted over a $1000 more for the job. Needless to say, we did not comply with that request, as I had the job in writing. A couple of weeks later (over three months in at this point) we were told we were starting. The sod removal and footer went in seamlessly. However, the pavers were due tomorrow, maybe in a few days,next week.....! They did come a little earlier than the last report, and were installed the next day. However, the paver people kept telling me they knew nothing about the driveway. We had to get with the owner because the paver people cut our irrigation system and most of it did not work. We also found out the dog door was not included as I had asked for. That cost us over $300.00 Then the wait began again. The screened enclosure took another month to start. Again, no communication except when my husband would call the owner. They did a nice job on the screening, but left the gutters a mess. They cut my light colored gutter out and installed a black one to match the enclosure. However, they left the ends of my previous gutters open. It took six months to get the job done, when we were told 8-10 weeks to start, including permit time. Our driveway never did get done. Imagine my surprise when we were billed for the driveway. My husband called the owner (the only way things got done), and told him to take off the driveway, and that the bill would be paid when the gutters were completed. A few days later, the office called and asked for the money. When I told them I wanted a new bill without the driveway, I received a snippy " Have you told anyone about this before now?" I would not hire this firm again.

Installers were efficient and the work was completed in a quality manner

The techs arrived right on time, explained exactly what they were going to do and how they were going to accomplish their efforts. They kept us updated and worked very hard. Their work was exceptional. We wouldn't hesitate to use their services again and are quite happy to recommend their exceptional services.

TJ completed the work this morning replacing three screens on our pool enclosure, two of which were on the top. He was quick, very agile and did a great job in a very timely manner.
