+ -1 moreI scheduled with this place to clean a house I just moved out of - I scheduled it 3 weeks in advance. The day before she was supposed to come clean I called just to confirm. Thank goodness I did since apparently she was having car trouble & didn't bother to call & tell me she wouldn't be there. This is literally two days before I'm supposed to be fully out of the place & the new tenants move in...meaning I had literally two days to scramble & try to figure out what to do. I understand that people have problems come up - apparently this persons car was having issues - I get it. What gets me is if I hadn't called & checked on this I wouldn't have found out until she just didn't show up...she never bothered to call & let me know she wouldn't make it. When confronted with this she actually said to me that she's never cleaned for me before - as if this was some sort of excuse...so since she's never cleaned for me before it's OK to just not show up??? Supposedly she does great work. But I would definitely not risk relying on that since it doesn't matter how great that work is if she doesn't show up when she says she will. If you can't make an agreed upon appointment you cancel - that's how it's supposed to work. It's not only professionalism it's common courtesy.

+ -1 moreThe initial cleaning was a higher charge than the ongoing, scheduled cleanings, an ordinary practice. After I saw how hard and efficiently they worked, and the good results obtained, I offered them recurring work. We agreed on a schedule and a price. A couple of times when they were running late, they called and told me when they would be arriving.
Description of Work: Three related women come to the house for a thorough house cleaning on a regular basis. They work hard and efficiently. They do what I expect of them.

+ -1 moreSimply the best cleaning experience I've ever had in my entire life. Cheerful, grateful, professional, reliable service that leaves my home immaculate every time.
Description of Work: Ilsi and her team have been cleaning for me for nearly five years now. They are the most thorough cleaning team that I have ever hired, cleaning places in my home that I didn't even know I had. I love a clean house, but I hate to clean it myself; so to find someone who does a better job than I could do myself is simply a blessing to me. They do not complain about my dogs, they anticipate needs, use great products, provide all their own equipment; work fast and show up on time. My son has recommended them to many, many folks in our area and even uses them for his commercial real estate business, cleaning empty houses - and for his personal home, as well. These ladies get the baseboards, they pull out the furniture and even the refrigerator to clean behind it, they will change linens, clean appliances, sweep out garages, patios, porches - just let them know what you need. They are a bargain at any price and I have recommended them to dozens of people, every one of whom tells me the same thing; there's no one else like them when it comes to detail and follow through. I love the way my house smells and looks when they've been there; and the cleaning is so thorough that it lasts two weeks. One of my favorite things is that Ilsi is consistently grateful for the work, hasn't raised her prices since inception, and still takes new referrals from me, even though she stay very, very busy. They are a hidden jewel in Jacksonville and all of Duval county.
