The team that showed up for my WDO and home inspection (Larry and Alan) for a home we are looking to purchase were very knowkedgeable, thorough and professional. The scope of their inspections were very detailed and that is what I was looking for. I was impressed with the service from the first phone call to the very end. Description of Work: We decided to use this company for our first home purchase because our real estate agent suggested them. So after calling the company and getting a estimate well over twice the amount of any other company. We were assured that the price was worth it and that it was all inclusive. I even asked the woman when we set up the appointment if we had to pay more later as a joke because the price was so high and she laughed and assured us that we would not have any other out of pocket fees. So long story short the technician that showed up was very friendly but I found more issues than he did as I walked around with him. But other than that he did a good job he found a spot that had some termite damage. So he told us after the damage was repaired he would have to come back and check it. So two weeks later the same woman I spoke with to set up our first appointment called to set up the recheck, and she asked how I wanted to pay for the re-inspection!! I then lost my temper after trying to explain that we had went over this before we agreed to use them and she was very rude so I told her it was rediculious and I said a few choice words and quickly hung up to call my agent to tell her what they were doing. As I was talking to my agent I had a call come through from the OWNER of the company who basically jumped all over me and then told me that I was fired and they would not be doing business with me anymore!!! SO BE WARNED THEY ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY THE OWNER IS RUDE AND HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. And their rates were astronomical compared to other companies. I hope this helps. Because they did nothing of the sort for me!!
