Description of Work: Ordered special order wood blinds November 2012 only armed with measurements my husband had written down on paper. I essentially was relying on the measurements and the customer service person(Jordan) in the window treatment section of the store. He figured out the exact dimensions from the information I had, provided me with in-depth product information and helped me order the ship-to-store option. The custom wood blinds came to the store in less than 3 weeks and fit perfectly! Jordan worked hard to transfer my confusing figures and got me the product I needed without to long of a wait!!!

+ -1 moreI didn't really have any problems, though I mostly dealt with the contractor, not actually Home Depot. My only complaint was that the advertisements were misleading, they didn't explain the fine print. But the work was done great, and it was a fair price.
