Description of Work: Ordered the wrong appliances and sold the range that was tagged for delivery. They told us that it was lost in the warehouse. Even though I described my needs to the salesperson, he sold me a range that was never going to meet my needs.

Description of Work: I bought a Washer and Dryer at HHgregg about 9 month ago, waive there extended warranty because the salesman told me that I had a one year service plan already. Nine month later the heating element failed, so I contact "LG" The repair people sent by LG replace the heating element when they plug the unit in and I saw fire shooting out of my socket. The repair refuse to replace the socket. They left the dryer disconnected and the vent was not even attached. They told me the socket was the issue and they do not cover the socket sold to me by Hhgregg and I should call them.. Contacted HHgregg service department, BUYER BEWARE, they promise me someone would come out and look at it,no one showed up so I call back and they told me in so many tough luck because LG cover the dryer. After being bounced around to many different people, nothing was done. My new dryer is not working after two weeks, still dealing with them. Finally, I went to the store to purchase another wall socket from them, it was $30, it was $17 at Home Depot. Also I never received my $75 rebate on there delivery fee, Home Depot does not charge a delivery fee. Only thing they are good is price matching. PRICE MATCH THERE AND BUY FROM SOMEBODY ELSE. LG told me Sears takes better care of there customers when it comes to service the products they sale. BUY THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK
