I first came across Herring Cleaning and Restoration while doing a large high end remodel. The homeowner requested a clean twice a week by Herring, even before the drywall was up. They kept us a hospital like job site the entire way through completion. This customer retained their services once a week for house cleaning after the project was done, and has been happy ever since. On another project, we had a house fire in a 10 million dollar home with vintage wallpaper everywhere. The insurance company sent out another Restoration company that did a poor job. I hired Herring to take care of the rest and they did such a good job, that the homeowners never smelled smoke again. They wiped every square inch of the 7,000 sq ft home. The customers that had the fire now use Herring as their home cleaning service. I also use them for my cleaning at home. My two boys under 4 years old love when they come, and are so happy to show mommy and daddy their playroom all organized and cleaned when we get home. All of the customers, including my wife and I, love all of the different crews. They are willing, have great attitudes, and I've never heard one of them complain. I can't speak highly enough about Herring. I'm glad we crossed paths because I never have a problem when I refer them. Instead I get a "thanks" from everybody. They do all of my cleanings after we finish a big remodel and it makes us feel good about our project, and gives the customer a nice new clean home to move into.

I highly recommend Herring Cleaning and Restoration based on a fateful meeting in the garage of our condo building. There weren't many reviews of this company but we had a water damage situation which requires timely action (dehumidifiers and air movers) to avoid mold growth. Mold can start growing on wet walls within a week in Florida. A large franchised company didn't take any mitigating actions during the first 4 days of our misfortune so thankfully we bumped into Herring workers who were already onsite. CARLTON from HERRING CLEANING promptly assessed our situation with an infrared device which indicates wet areas. He coordinated the removal of affected baseboards and small sections of drywall behind the baseboards to allow powerful fans to blow air through the openings. Coupling the air movers with 2 large strategically placed dehumidifiers, CARLTON'S prompt and proactive response significantly minimized what could have been an extremely costly and invasive situation. There's absolutely nothing fun about experiencing damage to your home but the silver lining in this case was meeting CARLTON ... a happy, friendly, hard-working, frugal-thinking man. Horrible. I would never use them. I called this company for an estimate. They sent me an estimate without viewing the house. I told them I would get a few more quotes and get back to them if I was interested. One of their workers called me a week later in the morning and said they were at my door to do the cleaning. Turns out they had the wrong house number and the wrong information. I could barely understand the person who called and it took a few minutes to figure out what was going on. They were knocking on the neighbors door. I wasn't at home, so it was a little embarrassing. I called the office and the receptionist said I had called in to schedule the cleaning. I did not. Needless to say, it appears that they are very disorganized and unprofessional.

A tree fell on my home , they packed my home and moved me out and cleaned it spotless , The contractor did their work then Patsy came back in and cleaned my house from head to toe twice . Moved me back in unpacked and put it back in place. They are organized , fast and they clean everything and I mean everything .
