Not well, movers where uncooperative and in a hurry. I spent approx $100-$200 after the movers left because they refused to move some items and left behind others. The movers mentioned they had another job to do, but after speaking to their supervisor when I called to complain, he said they both just had personal stuff to do that day- not another move. Lastly the company refunded me around $70 bucks for the trouble, which was better than nothing. But not really in the neighborhood of the true value of the stress and money spent fixing the movers mess.

Excellent. Amazing. They did not move plants but did move everything else in an amazing amount of time. They were quick and careful. I never felt that they were wasting my money by taking breaks; they did not take any breaks, no smoking or any of the behaviors I was warned about with movers. Israel, Carl and Brandon were very professional and took great care moving my furniture. I have a couple of heavy odd pieces and they took great care to make sure everything was protected. I would highly recommend Helping Hands Movers. I have already told my friends of the excellent service.

It went great! Three very professional, polite gentlemen arrived on time with the truck and all the equipment needed for the move. They were very efficient and worked well together. My storage areas were emptied in less than two hours. They handled my belongings with care and nothing was damaged in the move. When they got to my house, they put floor and door protective coverings so as to not cause any damage. The guys were thoughtful and placed everything where they were directed. They even helped me to arrange my new furniture that had been delivered by a furniture store earlier that day. I would definitely recommend using Helping Hands Movers, Inc. for your moving needs. I will definitely be using their services for my next move! Thank you guys for all your help!

Jim came to our house to do a visual estimate and on the day of the move he came with 3 other guys. We received confirmation call the day before the move and when the guys were on the way to our house. Everyone was very efficient and courteous. They all have done an amazing job moving our house locally. Jim kept in communication constantly and was overseeing the process. The entire move was completed in less than estimated time.

They were excellent--all of the guys were very pleasant and careful with our belongings. The owner, Jim, came out personally to give us an estimate that was very accurate and was also there both of our moving days. I highly recommend Helping Hands Movers.

After a horrific experience with the movers who moved me from my house in Syracuse, I was prepared for the worst. To my delight, I was completely wrong, From the time Jim came to give me an estimate till the end of the move, things were congenial and professional. While Jim was at my house for the estimate, I asked him if he'd be there for the move, after telling him of my previous experience. He called the scheduler right on the spot, and told her to put him in for my move. I was still skeptical, but on the day of the move, there he was, along with two others. They were efficient but careful with my residences and belongings. NOTHING was damaged, but my mailbox, which Jim came back to tell me he'd clipped with the truck as he was leaving, and offered to buy me another. (So Honest!) I told him not to worry about it. (There was only a small dent in my mailbox.) The final cost of the move was lower than the estimate, so I didn't feel that I needed to charge for such a small thing. I couldn't have been more pleased with the whole experience.

Everyone was nice, patient, and helpful. I loved the personal overseeing that Jim did on our behalf so that we could relax and not stress out. His estimate was right on target! Everything got moved to the right place.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, making for a stress free move for my elderly mother. They were very accommodating when we asked for a special arrangement of the stuff in the storage unit so that mother could access certain items easily later on.

Jim and his team were exceptional, professional and better than any mover we have ever used previously. They were prompt and took care to protect our stuff and were very careful unloading into our new construction home taking care to protect hardwood floors, walls etc. We give them the highest recommendation!

This was the best moving experience ever. Jim came out on time, and met me at my rental a few weeks prior to my move and gave me an estimated price based on what he saw. He was very careful to ask what items would be moved by us and what he was expected to move. I had a ton of boxes and a lot of furniture and the price he gave me seemed fair to me. But after listening to horror stories I was expecting some bait & switch tactics or exuses why the price would be higher. Nope, he is a very honest man with integrity. He and his men arrived on time, used care to protect lawn, floors, doorways etc. They worked very hard to get my belongings loaded and unoaded in the estimated time. They were careful to put the boxes in the correct rooms and even moved a few around when I ran out of room. I had no damage to anything as they were careful to protect items that needed it and handle my things with care. They even came in a little under the estimate, much to my surprise. I would not hesitate to use them again!

We've never moved before, but we decided to trust our first move to Helping Hands based on Angie's List reviews. We were not disappointed. Scheduling was pretty straight forward. We called up about 2 weeks in advance and got the date and time set. We received an email detailing pricing and what to expect from the movers and what they expect from us (clearing out dressers, boxing loose items and so on). On the day of, Israel, Brandon and Clayton were on time and went straight to work. They disassembled and loaded up everything we asked them to. They drove it over to the new home. Then they reassembled the furniture in the correct rooms and placed the various boxes and other items where they needed to be. They kept in constant communication always verifying where things should go. The move took 4 hours and it as quick and efficient as we could have hoped. These guys are professionals in every sense. We had some new furniture delivered by a couple of furniture store delivery guys and both individuals dented the dry wall in our newly constructed home. These guys from Helping Hands brought in numerous heavy furniture from bed parts to dressers and not a single scrape, scratch or dent. T hey cared about our new home and the pieces they were bringing into it. We highly recommend this company.

The moving team did a good job of moving me, it was a long hot day and they worked hard. The biggest complaint I have the lack of care they used with boxes. They did no keep the boxes upright the way they should be, many of the boxes were left upside down or sideways and not in the right rooms. This makes unpacking them an issue when they are upside down or on their side, particularly when you have fragile items in the box and I have a lot of antique glass and pottery. They also did not pay any attention to the boxes marked with glass marked fragile and piled boxes of books on top of them. So far only one broken item for this mess but I still many boxes to unpack. They did get the dining room table leg that was scratched from dropping it on the way to the truck fixed promptly. All of this is why I'm giving them Cs.

Super fast, I was truly amazed! Glen, Jimbo, Mike and Phil were God sent! I will never rent another uhaul again. These guys were friendly and loaded us up in less than an hour. TIP: If you're desperate for boxes, you can buy them at Walmart in the stationary section. I stacked these boxes 2high in living room and made the move that much faster. These guys were terrific and would hire them again in a heart beat. Made moving so much easier. Worth every penny! Oh, and nothing was broken! Thanks again guys!! -Heidi

From the beginning to the completion of the move was so smooth and professional. A representative came out and gave us an estimate at no cost. The day of the move, the movers were prompt, professional, friendly and caring. They treated our furniture and belongings like a "new born baby". The whole process took about four hours. They didn't leave our new home until everything was in place, and we were completely satisfied.

Guys were extremely professional & courteous at all times. They moved quickly while also being very careful with our belongings. Also, because of their years of experience, they knew exactly how to navigate the shortest route & layout of the large complex saving us time & money. We will definitely use them again

Helping Hands Movers showed up to my house in Jacksonville and all the working presented themselves. I walked them thru the house and they started there working plan. They took really good care of my furniture and worked really fast. They were very professional and honest from the beginning no hidden fees. They make you feel comfortable and after they finish the house, they walked with me into every room to make sure everything was in the truck. I did few estimate before going with Helping Hands and there rate was way better. If you want a company we honest workers and that treat you well, you can contact them.

Helping Hands called to inform me that they were on their way, and arrived promptly at 9 AM as promised. They brought an extra man to assist and thank goodness they did, because we have a lot of stuff! The staff were friendly, professional and took great care of our stuff! They took apart and put the beds back together. They even helped us load a fish tank into our own vehicle! Helping Hands took great care in not only removing the furniture out of the house but into the new one, making sure that they did not damage the walls or the furniture. They even offered to move stuff around for us in our new home! Not once did I hear one of them complain or grumble. They all had a smile on their face and you could tell that they genuinely enjoyed working together. I cannot say enough good things about Helping Hands. It is always a pain to move, but Helping Hands really made the experience great! I will definitely be using them again for my next move!

This company is unbelievably excellent. I have used this company in the past and experienced the same superb level of service. The gentlemen were extremely professional and courteous. They arrived on time, worked diligently, and took no breaks. Everything arrived intact without a single scratch. They made a stressful experience totally stress free, were extremely friendly, upbeat, and good spirited. I cannot express how wonderful the crew was. When I received the bill, I was shocked that it was not much higher. They did the work in half the time I expected. I have paid hundreds of dollars more for way less quality of service from other companies and would much rather have put that money towards this crew.

Some of it was great and other things were really bad! i wouldn't use them again and they charge for traveling to your house! I wish my husband got paid to go to work! It's just nickle and diming when the company charges you to drive from there location to your location. They didn't finish so I had to hire another compant that was amazing! Big boy movers!

Things were not carefully protected. Many wood items are scratched and one pedestal table was broken in half. The movers were friendly and efficient but I wish they had taken just a bit more time to protect valuable items.

Helping Hands were the most professional, conscientious effective movers I've ever had. The whole team really watched out for all of our stuff. They worked hard all day long. If I ever move again, they will be the first company I call.

They called 10 minutes before they were supposed to arrive. Arrived on time. Moved everything out of two 20x10 storage units in a little over an hour. Took everything to our home, put all the furniture and boxes in the areas we directed. Were done in a total of three hours. Very careful to not bump walls or scratch floor.
