Description of Work: Moved my heavy pieces of furniture to my new house. They were very responsive & respectful. Did a very good job..no scratches,dents, or problems. 4 hrs of service.

Description of Work: They were awesome. I have used them 3 times (so far) and plan for them to be my only mover - ever. They can when they said, handled all of my items with care and actually took less time than initially expected. They're great!

Description of Work: Helping Hands did a fantastic job. They simply packed our very large house into portable storage containers. They were punctual, efficient and courteous. I was impressed as the owner showed up before the crew did as well as called about 2 hours after they were finished just to ensure they did a good job. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone searching for a moving team.

Description of Work: We were very pleased with Helping Hands and would certainly use them again. Office staff was friendly, and the movers were prompt, courteous, clean, and efficient. All furniture was handled with care, they disassembled and reassembled it with no problems, and there was no damage. They showed-up with 4 movers and only charged for 3.

Description of Work: Ty and the guys were great! They were punctual and courteous. Ty did an excellent job of coordinating and communicating from the moment co contacted the site until I checked out at the end. I would definitely recommend Helping Hands to anyone moving.

Description of Work: I hired Helping Hands to move most of my furniture from a 3 bedroom house in Arlington to a 3 bedroom house off San Pueblo. The men (Rob's team) arrived right on time, did a preliminary walk-around the house to identify those items that were to be moved, then got right to work. They were extremely careful with my things (some were antiques). Very courteous and hard working crew. Not a scratch on anything. The only snafu was after the truck was loaded, they asked that I do a walk-around the house to ensure they got everything that was supposed to go. Although I identified the items at the beginning of the move, during the final walk-around, I missed seeing a mattress and headboard that were leaning up against a wall. I didn't notice it until they unloaded the furniture. So I ended up paying them to go back and get the two items. Hopefully I won't be moving any time soon. But, if I do, I'd definitely hire Helping Hands again AND then I'd be more careful when they ask me to check to make sure everything is on the truck.

Description of Work: Hired them to move the large items in my apartment to a new apartment in Jacksonville. I chose them because they offered three guys, which was better since they were able to move items faster. Over the phone, the person making the appointments was not as professional as I would expect. Maybe this is something the company can work on.

Description of Work: Helping Hands worked with me around an ever changing closing date for my new place. The truck was on time, the workers incredibly pleasant and energetic despite the heat and a move up 17 stairs at the new place. All belongings handled with care and reassembled perfectly after moving. These guys made the move a very pleasant experience. Would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of moving in town or out of state.

Description of Work: Three workmen showed up on time...Phil, Brian, and Jesse. They did a very good job moving our possessions from our 2-story home. Everything went very well. Although I hope I never need their services again because I NEVER want to move again, I would recommend this company
