Description of Work: They arrived early ready to work. The work consisted of moving only the large items of a 2400sqft single level home. Sofas, beds, chests, chairs, rider mower filled the truck. Great job, great value for the hard work.

Description of Work: Israel and his two movers were absolutely the best! I moved into a 3-story condo so the king-size bed and chest had to go up two flights of stairs. I watched and they never touched a wall or ceiling with any piece of it ... not even the mattress. They had taken the time to put padding on any corners that might had been a problem but it proved to be a precaution that was unnecessary. Their time estimate was 2 hours and even though they did some extra "finishing touches", they were through in 1 hour, 57 minutes.I highly recommend them for their efficiency and professionalism!

Description of Work: Jim came out to our home and gave us a detailed an estimate of packing, loading and unloading the truck including materials. This allowed us to figure out the right amount of packing we were trying to do on our own v. what we let the Company do. Lori was great to deal with throughout the process including working through our scheduling issues which included movement of our closing date. They arranged to hold our truck load overnight and unload at 4pm the following day for a small fee. Israel and his team came out and worked hard from start to finish. They loaded up the truck rather quickly and unloaded it in an expeditious manner. They took care of our new home and old home when moving our goods and were great to work with. We were so thrilled with the service they provided we asked for business cards to refer them to other folks we know that are moving. Also, we did our best to fairly compensate Israel and his team for working non-stop in spite of it being their second job of the day.

+ -1 moreWe drove a rental truck to Jacksonville from Baltimore, MD. We needed unloading help at two locations, about 8 blocks apart. We were able to select a specific move on day that fit our schedule for closing on our new house.
Description of Work: We hired a three person crew to unload a rental truck. The third person coordinated the unloading and helped as needed. First, they unloaded apartment furniture for my mother in law, then our household items at our new house, and finally some boxes and items in the garage from the alley. They charged $79 per hour of work, plus one hour for travel. The charge represented 3.75 hours total. While, they were capable and careful, I felt it was helpful to watch and remind them about sensitive and fragile items.
