+ -1 moreFirst, they did not dig anchors for support. They put anchors on existing concrete pavers that shift. After they installed deck it rained and wood planks are coming up. I have called 3 times for them to come out and repair it or give me my money back and no action has been taken. Do not use them because they are cutting corners and I am concerned for the safety of my family because the deck is not safe.
