Called them at 2:30 pm and they were here at 5 pm the same day. Was very clean, knowledgeable and great personality! Did not charge for emergency or after hours visit! They came right out and went to work immediately. Listened to us, gave knowledgeable suggestions, answered all our questions, put in a cut off valve without us asking fir it, but he did ask if we wanted one and gave us our $10 off. He left no mess and made sure it was fixed before leaving! So nice! Best plumbers I have ever had! Service technician-(Eric Branter)

Eric worked alone and contain sourly and had all equipment on hand. Excellent workman ship super job- works well, great.

Employee Eric arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. He worked a full two hours, gave me some helpful tips and clean up. Kris and Eric were on time and look at the problems and got right on it! They were very nice and friendly and fixed my plumbing problems.

Replacement of faucet in bathroom and put new turn off valve for outside water in garage. Technician was professional, prompt, and completed the work efficiently. I furnished the new faucet. My next door neighbor asked about a plumber and I recommended them. There was a slight misunderstanding about the cost, but a telephone call quickly cleared that up.

Harry and all of his crew were great. It was clear that they knew their craft. In addition they were considerate and did a great job and even came in under his bid. Recently, a neighbor had a plumbing emergency and asked me if I knew a plumber. I recommended Harry Hayes. The neighbor said that one of his crew showed up almost immediately and solved their problem quickly.

All went well except Harrys guys did not put a level on the drain under the kitchen sink and it was pitched in the wrong direction. They advised us that the bathroom sink hardware needed to be replaced instead of repaired. They told my wife that she would need to purchase hardware and then left, leaving a small amount of handprints and grime on our kitchen cabinets and floor. I called Harry the next day and he immediately came out personally and installed the sink hardware my wife had purchased, repitched the drain in kitchen and cleaned up the grime we couldn't get out. No one is perfect and we completely understand that the drain pitch wasn't checked. We also understand that his guys couldn't just stand and wait while my wife went to the hardware store for the needed parts. What pleased us the most was how Mr. Hayes responded to our concerns, personally, professionally and timely. Customer care is a huge concern to him and a value lost in many companies today.

The plumber was on time and did a thorough clean up when the job was done. He was very professional and courteous.
