house cleaning
+ -1 moreThis company said they were sending their "best cleaner" to do the job. She showed up without half of her supplies, without her helper (who got lost), and then proceeded to do a very basic and half-hearted cleaning that in no way would qualify as "deep". I contacted the owner, Conrad, and he asked me for a list of items that were not completed, which I provided. After not hearing back from him for five days, I followed up asking for a resolution, at which point he sent me a nasty email questioning my manhood that was very insulting. Do business with this company at your own peril!
