Description of Work: I was well please with the man who came. He was honest with me. He did a great job. He solving my problem.

Description of Work: He came in replaced my filter all of three minutes then went outside and sat in his van for thirty minutes came back in had me sign his paperwork. He never checked the outside compressor. I have had my ac and heating units checked twice a year for years and have never had one that did nothing like this. I will admit he was reluctant to even service us. I left several messages but never received a call back until I contacted you(Angies List)

Description of Work: They were very knowledgeable and thorough in their assessment of my unit and my potential needs. They provided a timely quote for replacement as well as additional options that I might want to consider. I marked the price as a B since I am stil evaluation offers from multiple sources before I make an overall decision...you know that comparing apples to apples type of thing...so far they are not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. I am expecting that they are providing a fair price for a good system. If it comes down to ease of mind in their abilities and a little more expensive I would choose them over all of the others so far.

Description of Work: Replaced ductwork in attic. Worked on an hourly basis. Had worked checked by independent T&B contractor. Work was good.

Description of Work: Hammond installed a 3 ton 15seer complete Bryant heat pump system with new duct work, wiring, etc. They did an excellent job. Reasonably priced, quick and efficient. Hammond was chosen from 3 estimates given. Their estimate was the most detailed and by far the best price for the complete job. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: My A/C had gone out and I needed an emergency response. I was not too impressed with their answering service, but I did address that with the owner. The repairman who responded was great and fixed my problem in no time. I will definitely use them again, I have them on my phone contact list!
