Description of Work: Air conditioner stopped working and Hammond was able to come out quickly and handle the issue (needed freon) quickly. We were very happy with their quick response and fair price.

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal for air conditioning service. They had to re-charge the air conditioner on top of the service. That was an additional $150.00. They were great. I would definitely recommend them. They were nice guys to work with.

Description of Work: Replaced both upstairs and downstairs air handlers and outside units. Duct cleaning.

Description of Work: Paul came in the morning to diagnose the problem. Andy and another person came later the same day and fixed the problem - poor air flow in our 2nd bedroom. In past years we had contacted two other companies who told us there wasn't a problem. Andy found the problem, an air flow reducing plug installed, apparently, when our home was built. This may sound like a simple solution, but the techs first had to check out the normal problem areas like wrong placement of the supply and return ducts for example. So, bottom line, the Hammond folks did a first rate job: they responded quickly, worked until they found the problem, fixed it, cleaned up afterward, and charged a reasonable fee.All three of the men who visited were friendly, courteous and professional.

Description of Work: Replaced copper coolant line ... existing line determined to have a restriction, possibly since installation 13 years previous!!! Only one of 3 companies to diagnose correctly.

Description of Work: We have used Hammond Air for several years now and have been very pleased with the company. Not only did Hammond Air keep our old units running as long as they could; they also installed two new units when the old ones gave out about 4 years ago. We currently used their maintenance plan and had our bi-annual maintenance service scheduled when my husband decided he wanted a new duct run and a larger grill installed in the master bathroom. We called Hammond Air on the day of our schedule maintenance service to reschedule as I just new they would not be able to accommodate our request with the regular maintenance service call. But to my surprise they were very efficient in getting us re-scheduled for later that day where they could not only maintenance our units but also do in the new duct run install. The technicians showed up on time for the service maintenance and install. Both technicians (Kurt and Paul) were very knowledgeable and professional in their workmanship; they knew what they had to do and got to work immediately. The cool thing is that they cleaned up after the install (which means a lot) and our home is now COOL!!!! Thanks Hammond Air for the quick response to our needs. Hammond Air is a very respectful company and I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Description of Work: I had three A/C units and Handlers serviced as part of my annual inspection and cleaning. Both gentlemen were on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured to spend my money and the suggestion they had, I will do next month. After spending the last several years searching for a reliable A/C service provided, I have now found my company. Thanks again. Mike
