I originally made a Saturday morning appointment with this company two weeks out (the first available slot). An hour and a half after their scheduled time, I received a call that a medical emergency caused my appointment to be missed. That's fine- completely understandable. I rescheduled for two weeks later on a Monday evening (the first available spot). Again, an hour after my scheduled appointment I received a call stating another appointment went late and I would have to reschedule. I was promised someone in the office would call me first thing on Tuesday and get me "all the discounts" for my trouble. I have yet to be contacted. Poor customer service and I am disappointed I have wasted over a month on this company.
