My mistake was paying this company a year in advance. They were applying week killer and apparently sprayed a chemical that killed everything. Still waiting for the sod man to come ( that they were to send over) after this company killed both sides of my lawn. The owner was very disrespectful and yelled at me for over 5 minutes straight when I called to complain. He terrified me. I’m being told the grass is not dead and will grow back, but it’s been 2 months now and nothing is growing back.

If you aren’t satisfied with service, prepare to be belittled and harassed by the owner. It’s little over 2 months without results additionally, after the very first treatment, all of the new St. Augustine sod we placed 6 weeks prior completely burnt up. I talked to the tech who came out and he was blown away and offered many possible causes. I believe whatever fertilizer that was put down may have been too strong for the newer grass but I cut my losses and decided we would just replace the sod and make sure it wasn't treated for a couple months. Never once made a big deal out of it as I could see the tech was nervous and I didn’t want to get him in trouble with his boss. Secondly, my yard and flower beds were inundated with weeds so I decided it was time to hire help to hand pull them because they were growing into the bushes at this point. Obviously their guarantee of results wasn't quite working out for our property for one reason or another which is no big deal, I'm easygoing, so I left a message for the owner and respectfully stated that we weren't satisfied as we weren't seeing results and have hired help to get the yard back up to par and no longer wanted this service. He called back and was not the same kind, professional man that I dealt with when signing up for his services, he turned into a very degrading, unprofessional, and extremely disrespectful individual who left me in tears. He was very adamant that he's been doing this for 20 years and this is no fault of his. The owner has never set foot on my property so his experience is not applicable. He blamed the dead grass on the fact that we started services too late in the Summer and the bugs got to it. This makes zero sense as all the established grass surrounding it was and is still alive and green. Perhaps this gentleman should have offered to meet us to look over the property and come up with a solution? Perhaps he could have used tact rather than retaliation when speaking to his customers? Instead, Instead, he said "you signed the contract” then hung up and immediately (2 minutes later) tried to run my credit card twice for the cancellation fee of $277! Fortunately, my bank saw the charge and flagged it and called me to see if this charge was legitimate. Definitely not! A contract goes 2 ways!

Green Earth Solutions is amazing! It's not the usual - truck pulls up, hose is dragged across the lawn, and then spray, spray, spray. No. Green Earth Solutions (GES) does not apply the "assembly line", or "one size fits all" approach to lawn care. No two lawns are alike, and GES acknowledges that. We especially like the fact that they only use a Florida-Friendly, slow release granular fertilizer. Prior to any treatment, Jay, our tech, walks our yard to see what he needs to apply that day (even our flower beds are examined and treated). He then walks back to the truck and hand mixes the fertilizer and or nutrients needed. Everything is spread by hand and after the application, Jay blows the sidewalks and driveway. We cannot say enough about how great this service is. When we first contacted them, after horrible service from another lawn company, the owner Todd, came out to meet us. He spent about 45 minutes with us, walking throughout the yard, pointing out what they could do to improve the lawn. There was much that needed to be done, but within a matter of months we started to see a difference. And after a year our lawn is lush and gorgeous! This company truly cares about the customer and the service they provide. We give them an A+

They show up on a regular basis, leave notes, and will come out immediately if needed. I'm very happy.

After trying several other companies that use a spray from a tank on a truck. Green Earth provided customized lawn services. My lawn is dormant in the winter, but comes back strong every year since this company works to build a healthy root system. Green Earth also fertilizes my shrubs on a quarterly basis. Recommend to all my friends after they ask me why my lawn is so much nicer.

Each time they come the apply different types of earth friendly fertilizers depending on what the lawn needs and what the season calls for. They also apply insect control to eliminate insects to include. I have a 7 week schedule which only cost $76 per application. This begins my second year with Green Earth Solutions and am really excited as I saw the results last year and they had to correct a lot of problems caused in the past by my using the standard spray & go services. Todd & Tracy are the owners and very professional and knowledgeable. They treat your lawn for what it needs and explain what and why they are doing it. I highly recommend these people everyone looking for a great, healthy lawn.
