Jason did a great job and I would hire him again if I ever needed some help.

It was for two properties. They are still doing one of my properties. I've been using them for a couple years now.

They did exactly what we agreed upon and it was done well.

Grasshopper delivers superb work each and every time. Not only are they cautious around flower beds, lighting and pool but they take extra care with the little things including ensuring the gate is always latched and locked. One time I didn't realize one of my dogs was out back and when she bolted they chased her down and brought her home. Here's to many years of continuous service.

They do a good job, and are trustworthy and reliable.

My whole experience was terrible. This vendor was recommended to me by Angies List over the phone. I just wanted my grass cut. It took over two weeks to get it cut and many calls to and from the vendor. I was told he was coming but then he was a no show numerous times. In one phone message he wanted to know what the payment arrangements were when he had already been paid by Angie's List. I finally called Angie's List and their resolution team finally got my grass cut. Very poor service.

I can't remember, know they did a great job in record time. I need to contact again

Grasshopper grounds routinely services my property and maintains my landscaping. The service purchased this time was to have mulch applied to my entire lawn, both front and back. As always, the crew did a phenomenal job, leaving my landscape looking flawless!

They did a very good job. When you call them they are always responsive.

I called to get a quote to clean up my yard a little and to do landscaping. The gentleman on the phone couldn't commit to a definite time or day to come by and give me a quote. I know this is a busy time for people doing yard work but I found it hard to believe he wasn't able to get anyone out to talk to me.

The service was excellent. I don't have a huge yard so the service never took long, but it was away done as quickly as possible. They showed up, mowed, edged, and clean-up with in 20 minutes every-time. I would come home from work and never have to worry about the yard as it always was looking great. It was a great relief to not have to deal with the yard work. The also trimmed and maintained my trees and shrubs as necessary. This is a good company to work with and a company I trusted and would trust again to maintain my yard work. I only wish they did fertilization and pest control as well so that I could use them for all my yard maintenance/ home maintenance needs. The only reason I am not using them now is that I have decided that doing the yard work is a way to get some extra exercise, but if I ever get lazy again, they are my first call!

Jason never provided a quote to me, and has not contacted me at all since our initial meeting. Nor did Jason put me in touch with the pest control provider. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

On time and thorough. This was our second service with Grasshopper. We have been so impressed that we now have Jason on an automatic schedule.

They are currently maintaining our home and two,rental,properties and all of them look much better than they did when maintained by the pervious company. Very helpful,and pleasant to deal with..

I was extremely pleased with the work they did. The lawn was a mess when they started. They removed all the old sod, weeds, etc. Raked the lawn level. Put down milorganite that I had provided. Resod-ed the front lawn. They did a great job putting down the sod--no gaps between pieces, and everything level. They also filled in some bare spots in the back yard. I would gladly have them back for further jobs. They came when they had promised, responded promptly to my text messages to them, and did a professional job. They even worked through a thunderstorm/hale (!!!!)

These guys are great! They take care of the lawn mowing and shrub trimming on my property. I singed up for a year and got a great deal. The yard is always cut well and I don't have to deal with it. I definitely recommend giving them a shot.

Showed up on time, quoted a very reasonable price and did a great job. My yard looks great and they took the time to move items that were in my yard that I didn't get a chance to move. It was garbage day and they were nice enough to bring my garbage cans up to the garage. Great service and I will definitely me using Grasshopper Grounds again in the future!

All work was done in few hours and my yard is in good shape now. I will use this company for monthly lawn care. I hope in the future his service will be the same - very good.

They would blow our newspaper into our flower bed and leave it. One time, unbeknownst to us, some paper blew out of our neighbor's recycle bin into our front yard. We came home from work to find shredded paper where they just ran the mower over the paper. Used heavy riding mower after the rains and we have large ruts in our yard. We have a small yard and a push mower could have been used, but that would have taken extra time. We live under an oak tree and they would run over good size limbs that would smash into the sod. Lots of times, had to pick up smashed tree limbs that were broken into several pieces by their mower and ruined parts of sod. They could have taken a minute to move the limbs to the end of the street for the City to pick up on yard waste days. Expected more based on the reviews, but company is the ultimate, mow, blow, and go. Takes no extra time or care.

Jason is very good and responsive but he had different people helping him every week. They blow all the leaves back into my flower beds to the point that the leaves are at the same level as my ground cover... I have let Jason know my concern and things might improve a little bit the next week, but they fall back to the same habits. They will quote you a low price but you get what you paid for. This is a "Mow & Go" if you know what I meant. After almost 9 months of letting them take care of my yard, my yard is so out of shape that I have to spend more money fixing it.

Jason was very polite when we spoke on the phone - great service. Unfortunately my backyard was a mess with dog toys and I had not picked it up before they came while I was at work - they still serviced both front and back yard and everything looked great! Thanks to Grasshopper Grounds!

Mainly cut grass, also trim bushes. Very good
