Tyson, also the owner was here within 20 minutes, charged a lower rate than his competitor, was very professional, extremely courteous and a general pleasure as well. If I have any other issue I will definitely call him again. Also, in addition to getting the item from under the tumbler, he cleaned everything (all the lint, etc.) from the bottom of the dryer. I've already told friends and family about our experience with Tyson.

Called one place and they came out and spent about ten minutes and told me the part I needed was no longer available so my 3 year old dishwasher needed to be replaced. Ten minutes after that guy left I found the part online. I ordered it and installed it 3 days later and surprise, surprise...that was not the problem! Called and spoke with Tyson at Good Appliance Repair who spoke about testing throughout the appliance to see where the issue was. Sounded good to me so I set the appointment. Showed up on time and spent about 30 minutes really diagnosing my dishwasher with testers and probes and whatever it was he used and finally figured out that the heating element was burned out. Showed me the costs, explained my options, asked me if I wanted the work done (YES!) and then set another day and time to come back (after he ordered the part) to finish the repair. It's been 3 weeks and the dishwasher works like new. Wish I had called here first. Live and learn!

This was one of my best service calls. I called Tyson and he made an appointment for me the next day. However he called me an hour later and said he had a cancellation and was available to come the same day. That made me very happy. He was able to install my sink drain pipe with no issues. He’s very personable and knowledgeable. I enjoyed his service visit. I will definitely be referring him.

All went professionally well. Right on time.

Mr. Good cleaned the back coils, bottom front of refrigerator and reset door. Refrigerator is now running smooth and cooling.

Same day call out. Tyson arrived at the time he said he would. Quickly diagnosed the problem. Had the parts with him to make the repair. Less than an hour he was out the door and we were back in business. Nice friendly guy. Provides a good service at a fair price. Definitely hire again.

Called one tech who spent five minutes doing on board diagnostics and told me I needed a new dishwasher. The unit was only three years old so I knew that wasn't true. Called Tyson and he started speaking about testing circuits and I knew I had found a true repair man. Came over a few days later and started with the same on board diagnostics as the first guy then got down on the floor with his flashlight in his mouth and his electrical tester in his hand testing all the electrical relays underneath the dishwasher. Just like a real repair man is supposed to do! Finally nailed down what was wrong with my dishwasher. Explained to me what all of my options were and what the pricing would be to order the needed part then set an appointment to come back and finish the job. Dishwasher is working great and I would definitely recommend using Tyson again. Wish I had used him the first time and would have saved the money on the first repairman who turned out to be a complete idiot.

Repair was going to be costly,but the tech gave a fair assessment of the cost and replacement.

Tyson came the day before to assert the damage. He knew right away what to look for when I told him the trouble. He is the (Subject Matter Expert) SME on numerous things and he diagnosed the situation correctly. The next day came back with the parts, gave professional courtesy, great customer service, and communicated very along the way. I will refer him and use him again.
