Tyson was very communicative about scheduling and was never late. He even called to see if he could come early for my second and last appointment. In my first appointment, Tyson revealed that my issue was electrical and required an electrician before he could be sure about the repair that was needed. After the electrical issue was taken care of, he returned and fixed the remaining issue with the dryer. Tyson replaced the heating element in the dryer, however, the stove issue was resolved with the electrical repair by the electricians. Tyson was very professional and had a friendly personality. He was very easy to work with and I would definitely use him again!

Tyson provided great service at a reasonable price. Was able to get appt. next day to fix my dryer that stopped heating. After evaluating, he replaced my fuse and helped me check dryer vent which was clogged and likely contributed to the fuse issue. He also looked at my ice maker at no extra cost and gave me a quote on repair. Overall, very happy with this company and would definitely recommend and use again.

Tyson and Wyatt are exceptional. I called on Friday and they came Monday morning to fix my frig. I expected to wait a long time. Once at the house, they were efficient, fast, thorough, helpful, and helped me with some other issues as well. I especially liked that they offered to wash in the inside of my freezer after the repair, swept and cleaned behind the frig and even offered to put food back in the freezer for me! I’m planning to hire them to install a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal and will use them for any and all of my household appliance issues. We are seniors and felt very safe having them in our home. This kind of quality service should be rewarded with tons of referrals and jobs. I know that I will refer and refer and refer. Tyson Good was professional and prompt in responding to my inquiry about my clothes dryer, which was not heating up. He called me immediately on a Sunday afternoon and we scheduled an appointment the next day, Labor Day. He also quoted his rates over the phone so I was aware of it. The next day he called ahead of time to let me know exactly when he would be arriving. Upon removing the dryer cover, Tyson was able to identify the issue and replaced the fuse within less than a half-hour. Additionally, if I had further questions about any of my other appliances he offered to troubleshoot at no charge and provided a quote, since he was already there, saving me a future $80 service call. The dryer is working again, and I would recommend Tyson for home appliance repair. Thank you!

Went great! Tyson quickly found problem, replaced faulty part and has us back up and running! So glad to have found Tyson and his expertise. He gave us a time window and followed through as promised. We will absolutely call him again if we have a problem.

Went great! Tyson arrived as promised, found problem after checking a few areas and replaced defective part. Very professional and we would recommend him highly. Mr. Good did an excellent job in evaluating why the refrigerator was not getting cold. The problem was attributed to ice build up behind the panel. He defrosted the ice and gave us some good tips if this should happen again. I'm glad to have hired him based on the positive reviews and ratings he had. I highly recommend him.

Tyson was fantastic. He was able to repair my Samsung dryer the same day as diagnosing it. He also adjusted my dishwasher for free, as it was not level and I had no idea how to fix it. Great work.
