Great service from Mark D'Amico! Handled everything for us and facilitated payments from insurance company. Gold star was paid percentage of amount received from insurance.

Gold Star was quick to react and kept me informed, help with finding the right lawyer and made sure I finally got my settlement.

Gold Star Adjuster (Jeremy) was at my house at all times making sure that everything was done- he was looking out for my best interests. He took care of all the details and issues. I got a new roof.

Tom responded quickly to all communication and was helpful in completing our roof completion.

After trying to go directly through the insurance company and having them tell us that the roof was repairable after a heavy wind storm, we had Jeremy step in and take the reigns to get our roof replaced. He was a pleasure to deal with and easy to communicate with.

Initial contract meeting - next meeting was check cashing insurance.

Steven submitted claim. Told me up front that he would not submit if he didnt think it should be accepted. Initial payment on claim quick. Final payment held up but released due to Gold Star representation and law concerning home owners policy.

We could not have done it without the help of Mark at Gold Star. We know now that if we ever have another issue with our home that requires an insurance claim, we will call Gold Star Adjusters right away. We highly recommend them!

To start, Gold Star Adjusters is an A+++ company in my opinion. They were a key part in helping us get our hail damaged roof replaced. They acted on my behalf when negotiating with my homeowner's insurance company on how much it would cost to get my roof replaced. Their fee was a flat percentage of the proceeds from the insurance company with the remaining balance to be put towards the roof replacement job. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the estimate came back much lower than expected. After consulting with the roofer I had hired, it was determined that the insurance money would barely cover the cost of the job, not even including Gold Star's fee for their services. I was now looking at a much higher out of pocket cost. Much to my surprise and delight, Gold Star Adjusters decided to not collect their fee for this job. I was almost speechless when they told me. I hope that I won't ever need another roof replaced, but if I do, I will be contacting them for sure.
