About us

We are a well established Jacksonville's residential remodeling company that specialize in siding and window installations. Most of the work is done by us directly and some aspects are subcontracted out. I personally coordinate and monitor the progress of each project. In most cases, payments are due upon completion of the project. We accept check and cash payments.

Same as above....I can not say enough good things about this company. We were in need of repair of our home as we had T1-11 as the siding which had deteriorated, was holding moisture, and needed replacing. I called several companies, but decided to use Golas Construction LLC, as I was very impressed with the fact that Lucas, the owner, came out within one day one my call. He examined the entire house, advised of necessary repairs and alternatives and then provided a quote, which was very fair. Most importantly, he stated he would need a permit from the City to perform the work, which was something no other company had mentioned. I was so impressed that I deciced to hire Golas Construction LLC at that point. Once we deciced on vinyl-side, Lucas came out with the contract and began the job as soon as the product was delivered. The crew that did the work was absolutely amazing. They were very thorough, fast and it was apparent they love what they do. They found that we previously had termite damage and worked extra days to stabilize the beams and reapply necessary product at no extra charge. They also were very nice and cordial, so it was actually enjoyable to have them around. I am so happy with the results and our house is now the best looking in the neighborhood. Like I said before, I can not say enough nice things about this company and most definitely give a glowing recommendation. I can ensure you, if you choose them to do your job, you won't regret it!

Extremely professional from start to finish, and the completed work looks great! We were thrilled to find someone to do this work for us on such short notice - (these repairs were holding up our refinance process), and equally thrilled with the quality of work. Will DEFINITELY use again.
Description of Work: Removed 1 to 2 feet of rotted siding on sides of house and replaced with new. We contacted Lucas on Friday and he came out that very afternoon to give an estimate. They started work Saturday morning and completed the job by evening.
