+ -1 moreThey set up an appointment to give me and estimate. We agreed on a day and time for the work to be done. They called me when they were on the way. They arrived on time. The removed the old glass sections, scraped and cleaned the openings, cut and installed the new glass, good install of the glass putty. They used drop cloths on the inside and cleaned up expertly on the outside. Great job all around.
Description of Work: Replaced glass in 7 sections of old double hung wood windows and 3 large sections of a jalousie window.

+ -1 moreThis husband and wife team were extremely professional from the first phone call to get an estimate to the finish of the job. They showed up on time for their appointment (as opposed to 2 other window repair men who completely blew off 3 appointment times), got right to work, were very experienced in the old balance system windows, worked efficiently between the two, were friendly, and finished in an hour and a half. Amazing. I wish more companies conducted themselves as the Glassman did.
Description of Work: Repaired pulley and weight systems in two old windows and replaced a broken window pane in the attic.
