There is no way that you will get the quality that you will absolutely get when you hire Garage Floor Specialists. Their finished product is spectacular. Take a few minutes and call them and just listen to their description of their product and work that will be performed. You will not regret it. I am soooo glad I chose them to do my garage. It looks awesome !!

Excellent communicator describing each step of the process. The quality of the finished floors far exceeded my expectations. Brenden kept me posted every time they were about to do work at my garages given this multi day process. My Garage is offsite with 2,500 sqft of concrete floors. At the time, my floors were being done while I was traveling overseas. Brenden kept me abreast along the way with Text and Emails. I did not ask Brenden to keep me updated, but it was just the way he works. I am a very detailed oriented person and I can't praise Brenden and his company enough putting the customer in the center and delivering outstanding results. A few years ago, I had the same floor finish done to my newly built two car garage (550 sqft) where I live in Atlantic Beach. Unaware of Brenden's company I used a different local company. That project ended up as a total nightmare before the job finally got completed. They made a real mess and did not deliver what I requested without having to fight for how I wanted the top surface of floors to look and feel. It was an ordeal. I had chase them all the time. We had just completed construction on a new home. Our garages became transformed from a bland utility space, to a showcase with our new epoxy finish floors. The end product is just fantastic, can not even believe it is the same space. We would do this process again without even thinking twice. Kudos to Brendan and his crew. I was impressed with Brenden the first time we met. Unlike most sales people, Brenden did not over sell his company or service. They have their warranty to do that for them. While researching different companies and contractors, I found GFS(garage floor specialist) has the best warranty you'll find. I was very pleased with the outcome of their work and quick drying time. Also, as promised which was very important to me, as hard as I tried with wet shoes or sandals, I did not slip. That's all due to the high quality products GFS uses. Customer service was outstanding, I was accommodated to fit the dates that best worked for me in a short window. In addition, the next day I received a call back to see if their were any issues that may have arose. Finding the right contractor for any job can be over whelming, that is why I don't take other reviews lightly and why I'm writing this one. I can't say enough good things about GFS,I was very pleased with their service, I'm sure you will be as well.

Bad weather conditions and the original coating on the floor made the project challenging but over all the results were good.

I can't say enough good things about Brenden and his work! My house closing date kept changing but Brenden was very flexible and completed the job when I needed it done. The garage floor looks incredible!!! Highly recommend this company. Thanks again Brenden!!

Happy with the my epoxy flooring. Generous young hand working man. Showed up on time and finished as promise. Fit me in last minute too ! When I asked about warranty he offered me lifetime warranty which a lot of companies don't do.
