G & T Contractor

It was a warranty work through our builder. They did not do a good job. They did finish the job right. The weather stripping around our garage door they did not replace them. The aluminum section that is over our garage door was measured wrong; one piece was too short. I had somebody give me an estimate to repair it and he told me some of the things that they did. They used the wrong kind of nails. I tried to get the builder and the builder would not talk to us anymore. They do not answer my call. It would have probably cost us $200 if I had hired them myself. The manager of our builder was here and he knew what was going on. They were here when they were supposed to, but they never came back and that is because the builder did not make them to come back. Actually I asked for another subcontractor to come out and fix it because that was the third time G & T had been out to try to fix it. So, my builder was not willing to hire somebody else, as they did not want to pay out more money; they wanted the G & T to fix what they had messed up.
