I contacted this company to help me move, nothing too hard, just furniture, no boxes or totes. Their time on here says they start at 630 am, but even as the first client of the day, they could only guarantee an arrival time of 10:00 am, although they said they would try to be at my house around 9:15-9:30 depending on traffic. All the work had already been done, while waiting for the movers to arrive we disassembled everything, and had moved all furniture into the garage for easy access. At 10:30, when no movers had arrived, I called the company. The guy in charge said that the movers had hit heavy traffic and were right around the corner, they would be there in 20 minutes. After 45 minutes, I called the company again, the same guy said that the movers where "right around the corner" and were only "20 minutes away". At noon, I called back and told the guy to not even bother showing up. I called and rented a Uhaul truck instead and we were going to just do it ourselves since no one showed up. And the guy then got very rude, and demanded that we pay him a gas and travel charge. I refused to pay. After hanging up with him and going to Uhaul, I got three texts. One cussing me out. Seriously. I still have the text. One threatening to harass me by phone and mail until I paid them. And then one full on threatening me to pay them or else. I have all texts messages as proof and also a police report. I called and reported this company for harassing me and threatening me to the police. Do no do business with these men! They are shady and crooked liars!!!!
