The Floridian Techs did not have the proper tool to increase the size of the countertop opening for the new (Laundry Room) sink. They replaced the 2 under-counter sink valves and I gave them a $245.00 check. BOTH of the replaced valves began to leak that same day! Floridian refused to give me even a partial refund for my expense towards the next Plumber who DID install the sink & had to re-do Floridians faulty/leaky valve!

They were timely, informative and worked hard even at night. If there was a shortcoming it was the back fill of the trench...I had to haul dirt to fill in near a wall so as to prevent erosion. Overall...I'd use them again!

They came out to my house they look at the problem. I got in there vehicle They left they did not call me back to let me know they were not coming back. So I would not recommend this company. Also, the guy that came out says OI with heating and air. He was not an actual plumber.

The plumbers were friendly and professional They solved my plumbing problem.

Said problem was fixed and left but it was not fixed. Had to call them to come back. It was just a toilet flap! Not professional. Not well dressed or groomed. Did not clean up after themselves. Left dirty footprints all over my shower floor.

Was suppose to get video of drain locate and condition??? Details are important.

THEY HAVE GOOD SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND!

The only complaint I'd have would be that the serviceman left my shower a bit dirty (dirty footprints in shower and on bathroom floor; small pieces of debris in shower), but he was able to find the clog, even though he had to go outside to find it....and their price beat everyone else's by quite a bit.
