FCI Jax was absolutely outstanding in every regard. Max Markham worked with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. We had a huge project removing tile and carpeting in five rooms and two hallways, repairing foundation concrete, moving heavy furniture, and installing luxury vinyl tile which looks like marble flooring. It was done quickly and professionally. We highly recommend this company. Five stars all the way!

Very professional, great work

I called on Jonyce to come and look at the property. She arrived promptly and measured the property. She gave me (designer) and the homeowner options to select from. She ensured that the homeowner had 3 options (Good, Better, Best) and she provided them with detailed estimate with all options. Homeowners were thrilled and impressed with Jonyce and her team's professionalism and caring service from the time they arrived until the full job was completed.

Jim Fox came to my home with a display of the flooring he uses. With the display and Jim's input we were able to decide which design we wanted easily. We set up a date and time for the installation. The installers showed up when they said they would. The entire install crew were more than we could have asked for. We are more than pleased with the entire process. And we love the new floor!
