Hired them up in CT. The amount of damage done to our belongings was not to be believed. COO of company, David Giampietro, made promises about restitution and completely reneged. Made us go through a process that they knew would not lead to us being compensated the way they promised. Never finished the job either. Sadly, we have heard that we are not the only ones to have a terrible experience with FlatRate. They were careless, dishonest, and incompetent. If you treasure your belongings and don't like being aggravated, stay as far away from this company as you can!
