My husband and I went out for the day and came home to a spotless, sparkling, clean smelling home. We couldn't believe what a great job they did. They didn't leave even one square inch of space untouched, even cleaning the inside of the refrigerator and oven...things we didn't expect. Bathrooms, floors, appliances, ceiling vents, baseboards, EVERYTHING from top to bottom spotless! I now look forward to having them come on a regular basis and freeing up my time to spend with my husband!
Description of Work: My husband and I live in a two bedroom, two bath condo on the eighth floor of a high-rise building. He had been wanting me to get a cleaning service and I resisted because I had always done everything myself. I finally got to the point of realizing that I was tired of doing everything myself wasn't keeping up with the way I wanted it to look. I went on Angie's List and read reviews of cleaning services and chose Flantastic Enterprises and I am so glad I did! They sent over a Supervisor and cleaning crew of two people to see our condo and what the job entailed. They were all very nice and professional and gave me a quote on the spot for the initial detailed cleaning and follow-up cleanings. The owner called me the next day to schedule the initial cleaning for the following week.

The owner was exceptional at communicating quickly and with professionalism. A staff of two came and spent over 3 hours on our house. They left the house looking brand new! I kept going from room to room, so relieved and happy with how well it looked. They even cleaned out the fridge! I would defintely recommend them. The owner will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy!

Their product is excellent. The workers are very trustworthy. The owner is an excellent hands on manager. First, he sent someone out to assess our home and decide what we would need done. Then he made sure to have the best cleaners out to do the cleaning. The quality of their work is excellent and for the right price.

Totally professional from the very first contact, the estimate and the actual cleaning crew. The 2 person crew got right to work and when we were told they would “touch” every surface, they weren’t kiddding! Our house was dirty, we live hard and with the way things had been going we haven’t done much cleaning at all. By the time the wonderful crew left, our house was transformed, it was clean! We will definitely use Flantastic again.

It is the most thorough and professional service I have ever used. There is always a base team of 2 plus additional team members as the need arises. They are always on time. They work efficiently, yet spend more time than most services during every visit addressing a broader scope of cleaning. The owner is flexible, supportive and communicates often and completely. I absolutely recommend this company. I’ve been with their services for the past two years. I scheduled house cleaning service biweekly and they are prompt. I’ve had the same person for the past 2 years. Whenever I had to change the schedule they responsive very quickly and their professionalism is excellent. The housecleaning is great and detailed. They are outstanding. For what they do for us is $100.00. They are definitely and A. They are expensive I think. But it's worth it. They really do a good job. They have two people for abut three hours so that's about six hours of cleaning. They do such a good job. We have them out every two weeks and we've had them for about three months. They've been here six or seven times.
