I appreciate not having to take calls from tenants and trusting First Coast to handle tenant concerns and repairs as they see fit. In 3 years, my property has always been occupied. Brian finds tenants quick, screens them and gets me the best price. He recently sold my townhome and got us more than we were asking with a quick closing. Once again he kept me informed the entire way through. His fee is well worth the work and effort he puts forth!

Description of Work: The owner Brian is fabulous, he met my husband and myself personally and timely at the property we were looking to rent out. Brian took the time to go over all of our questions and concerns with no regard to how long it took or any other issues but us and our understanding of the work he would do for us. I don' t think he even had the property for a full week and we had new tenants that were completely checked out and ready to move in.
