Description of Work: Cleaned dryer vent. We had it done before by another company but there still seemed to be a blockage. This time with First Coast Home Pros, we can now use our dryer vent the way it is suppose to be used and not hooked up to a plastic container with water. Yahoo! Very professional.

Thanks for your report! While our customers consistently tell us that our pricing is very competitive, we also do understand that we are not the least expensive provider in town for roof cleaning. It does take more time to do the job safely and effectively. In fact, there are other ways to do roof cleaning that are much less time consuming than the way we do it, and many roof cleaners in town use such techniques. However, we strictly adhere to the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association's (ARMA) guidelines for how they want their roofs cleaned, and it simply takes more time to do the job right without risking damage to the roof and for our technicians to do a dangerous job safely. We think when you take all of this into consideration, our roof cleaning service is actually the best value in town. Thanks again for your report!
