We have several teams of specialists who focus on using their expertise to provide specific services to our customers with the highest standard of professional care. Our employees all undergo vigorous training, drug screening, and background checks prior to hire. We never use subcontractors and we never charge a travel fee or fuel surcharge within our service area. Description of Work: I had my master bedroom carpet, my family room rug and my living room couch cleaned at home. I was happy with the results. I had my living room and dining room rugs cleaned off site and I will get my rugs back next week. The price, professionalism and punctual were great. I haven't seen my rugs that were sent out yet but so far I'm really pleased.

Description of Work: He cleaned vent on roof and line to roof vent from dryer, and said that motor was bad, I recalled appliance repair (who had said that vent needed cleaning), he removed the back panel and removed 2 handfuls of lint that was clogging the exhaust, that cured the problem, that was not found by the dryer vent cleaning man.

We apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding, however our service for cleaning the dryer vent system of your house does not include disassembling anything with the dryer. While we do vacuum what is accessible at the back of the dryer / exhaust, taking off the back panel and going into the dryer cabinet itself is not a part of the service as this is definitely something that should be done by a qualified appliance repair service, not a vent cleaning service. Nevertheless, we do understand your frustration and we wish you the best!
