We have several teams of specialists who focus on using their expertise to provide specific services to our customers with the highest standard of professional care. Our employees all undergo vigorous training, drug screening, and background checks prior to hire. We never use subcontractors and we never charge a travel fee or fuel surcharge within our service area. Never showed up or called.
Description of Work: My husband found this company on the internet and liked all of the different services that they offer. We need a section of the screen for our pool enclosure repaired so he called them to get an estimate. He said that the lady on the phone was very nice. The visit for the estimate was scheduled for Wednesday afternoon. No one showed up or called to reschedule. Now it is Saturday and we still have not heard from them. We try to support small businesses and we understand that things happen especially with a family owned business. But, it is not our place to follow-up with a company that we want to pay to do a service. We will find another company that wants our money for performing the service.

Description of Work: He cleaned the dryer filter. Before the appointment, they called to confirm the time. Sergio and his assistant arrived on time. The work was done quickly and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and left as soon as they were finished. I would definitely recommend him and would use him again! And my dryer works a lot better!

Description of Work: I had my Lanai pressure washed and then the screens repaired. I can honestly say that the work that was completed exceeded my wildest expectations! The pressure washing crew was just magnificent, professional and just the absolute best in the business. Two days later the screen repair crew came from First Coast Home Pros and once again this crew exceeded any thing I could have imagined! Where they had to join a new piece of metal to the frame - you cannot even see the joint. The screen repairs were extensive, and the amount of work they did for the price was just incredible. First Coast Home Pros is one of the most professional home service company I have ever encountered.

Description of Work: This is such a great company! They were extremely helpful from the first phone call. They cleaned all my carpets and the tile in my kitchen/laundry room. They did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to answer all my questions thoroughly. I've since hired them for a dryer vent cleaning and am planning on getting them to clean my tile in my bathroom.
