We never use subcontractors and we never charge a travel fee or fuel surcharge within our service area. Horrible experience. Took 2 weeks to get a handyman out only for them to come and out and say they do not do that type of work. Also, watch out if you have a bad experience here. The owner will just attack you and your review and claim it is your fault. Seriously, go read his bad reciews on Yelp and Google. It’s kind of sad actually

"We told the customer up front and in writing that materials were not included in the estimate and that he would need to provide them. We showed up to do the job, and the customer didn't have the materials. So, we couldn't do the job, not because we don't do this kind of work, but because the customer didn't get the materials for us to be able to do the job. We responded to his initial review stating what actually happened (apparently this is an "attack"), and the customer then proceeded to leave us a bunch of other reviews under different accounts. Get a life!"

First Coast Home Pros gave my home a “top to toe” home cleaning today. As always, after this favorite indulgence, my home looks almost as sparkling new and clean as it did when I moved in 11 years ago. This is my 2nd year of this service and I intend to make it an annual one. They are careful, thorough, and creative in their efforts to cover as many surfaces from ceiling to floor as possible. It makes my cleaning requirements and experiences during the following year so much easier, productive, and fewer. I would highly recommend the “full home“ housekeeping option. I have had several services and interactions with personnel from this company for many years and have always been satisfied and delighted with each.

Last month, I had First Coast Home Pro’s team complete a first-time “top-to-toe” cleaning after a COVID hiatus of their housekeeping service in my home of 2-3 years. Their two house keepers did an absolutely awesome job then! My home had not looked so good since I had moved in 10 years ago! They did a comprehensive, careful, and exemplary job of returning my home to its pristine condition. This month I resumed my usual monthly reduced service (baths, kitchen, and floors only) and again received their usual outstanding, courteous, and satisfying service. As a 76 year old woman, this superb routine cleaning of my home simplifies my maintenance of my home. FCHP has performed several different services for me over the years. I appreciate, will continue to use, and can recommend their services highly.

Isaiah just finished cleaning our almost 1000 sq ft white oak wood floor. Because the floor has open grain and is lacquered, not polyurethaned, seven years of grime had accumulated in the open grain. Isaiah came to the house once and together we recognized that the standard method of cleaning the floor with a floor buffer would not work. He consulted with the home office, and we rescheduled another attempt a week later. He brought a different machine, one that had revolving brushed that would get into the grain. We tested it in a small area and after determining that it would work, he then cleaned to floor in question. Isaiah did a great job. He moved the furniture that needed to be moved, left the room clean and neat. He was prompt and very profesional . We will definately use First Coast Home Pros and Isaiah again, just not wait seven years to get the floor deep cleaned.

Ronnie and Michael did the usual FCHP excellent job, cleaning our gutter and replacing a screen panel on our lanai. Arriving on time, they went right to work and got done earlier than promised. Before they left, they cleaned the lanai where they had been working - leaving it better than when they got there. We will continue to use them for lanai screen replacement, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning - and who knows what else?

All of the team members were professional, courteous and very respectful of our property. Once they were completed with the job, they ask us to walk around the house to make sure everything was cleaned to our expectations. It was actually beyond my expectations. Andrew and his team did their usual stellar job, this time pressure washing our new lanai and pool cage structure. Arrived early as they usually do, they went over the work with me before beginning. They moved all the furniture off of the lanai, and put it all back when the washing was done. They even got all the pine needles that had been sitting atop the cage for months off of the screen. This is at least the sixth time I've had FCHP pressure wash. We'll continue to have them back every year.

I received a call letting me know that they were on the way 30 minutes before the scheduled time. They arrived promptly and maintained social distance while wearing n\masks due to COVID restrictions. They reviewed with me the work to be completed and asked if I had any particularity areas that I wanted them to focus on. The work was completed quickly and completely and I was very satisfied. In addition they pressure washed the outside of my Jacksonville issues trash and recycling bins which I’ve had for years. They look as good as new. I wasn’t expecting them to do that.

1/8/21 Review: Andrew and Barry showed up on time and proceeded to pressure wash our pool deck, pool screen enclosure and soffits. They removed, bagged leaves, and flushed gutters. They took great care to protect electrical outlets, cameras, plants, etc. We have used First Coast Home Pros several times and are very pleased with the results. Our home is sparkling clean now. They were an extreme pleasure to work with, very professional and did an excellent job.
