Josh called before the appointed time to say he was running a few minutes late (a fact we really appreciate, and often doesn't happen). As soon as he arrived just after the appointed time (10 am), he assessed the situation with us and then got right to work. He took great care to get them as clean as humanly possible and they looked the best they ever have when he was done. I couldn't recommend him highly enough! We were so delighted to see that at 4 o'clock, which is when the sun really starts pouring through those windows, there was narry a spec to be seen. Besides trying to clean them ourselves in the past, we have had several "professionals" try their hands at it, but Josh was the only one able to pass the test!

I sent an email to get an estimate and they responded very quickly. I arranged a time for them to meet me at the house, which was a few days later. They gave an estimate on the spot and I scheduled the services because their prices were competitive and they were so friendly and personable. Rachel came over while we were at work and when we came home the house looked great! I'm still not sure how she gets the hardwood floors to look so good. FCHP has been very easy to work with, has affordable prices, and above all Josh and Rachel are really nice people. They get along great with our dog, so we can leave him out of his cage when they come over. We are currently using them for monthly housecleaning, and have also had them come over to do the windows. I recommend their services to anyone.

I contacted FCHP through email, requesting an estimate. Josh came over and gave an estimate within 15 minutes of arrival, including an Angie's List discount. The price was competitive and I was interested in using a fellow Springfield resident, so it worked out well. We scheduled a time for the window cleaning to take place, and he came exactly when he said he would. Josh also called when he was on his way, which was a nice courtesy. The window cleaning took a few hours because we have about 25 large windows. About halfway through the job, Rachel joined Josh and the two of them worked together. They did a great job and the windows look terrific! I will definitely recommend FCHP and will use them again.

Josh and Rachel arrived on time and were very professional and friendly. They started right in and were very focused and hardworking. The windows look wonderful, sparkling clean. Rachel did a great job with the housecleaning. We are looking forward to having them back again!

First of all, Josh was very responsive. He answered when I called, went to my house that day and gave me an estimate. When I called him back to schedule the appointment, we were able to schedule the appointment within a reasonable amount of time. The porch looks awesome and Josh made sure that I was happy with the results. I would definitely call on Josh's company in the future!

Responsive, responsible, friendly, and thoroughly professional. Head and shoulders above other businesses that we have used. We'll be using First Coast Home Pros again. We've already gotten a quote on having all the windows and screens cleaned. They are highly recommended, without reservation.

Rachel arrived on time and was professional and courteous. We did a walk-through of what I wanted done with the house and she promptly began cleaning. She did a fantastic job and the house has never been cleaner. I definitely received everything I paid for and will be using this company on a monthly basis now.

Both Josh and his co-worker were very professional and pleasant. They were very clean and had on uniforms. They took off their shoes each and everytime they came in my house. Josh could not find the vent on the roof. He spent a long time looking for the vent -refusing to give up until he found it. After being in my attic many times, he finally uncovered it buried under insulation and shingles. If he had not been so persistent, I'm sure I may have had a fire in my attic. I doubt very few people would go to that extent. He checked back to make sure the dryer was working (it was) and that I was happy. I would call them again.

Excellent, prompt and professional. They came out same day actually due to a cancelation. The house was amazing after the she left. Very attentive to detail areas. All base boards, trim and doors were free of dust. Vacuum and damped mopped all wood floors and then applied some polish. Excellent work for the money and saved me 3.5 hours. I liked it so much that I hired them to clean the place weekly. There's nothing like walking into a fresh smelling, spotless house, especially when you did not have to do the cleaning. If I leave the sheets, out they will even change them for you. Looking forward to a long term relationship and may contract them to clean our windows as well.

Rachel already does my housecleaning, and Josh did our windows today. They are absolutely BEAUTIFUL. No streaks or smears. I bet the windows haven't been this clean since they left the factory. There was a year's worth of rain, sand, bug spray, etc. The windows were streaked and just plain dirty. It looked liked it was going to rain as the work was being completed. Josh said that the product they use will withstand rain for a long time. I will report back on how long the outside windows last with the summer rains in Jax. Update: I promised an update after the rain. Well...we got it last night and my windows are still crystal clear this morning. Again, GREAT JOB Josh & Rachel.

I called First Coast Home Pro's on a saturday moring and they answer the phone which was a surprise to me. We spoke on the type of job I had a price range was given. They advised me that they could come out and give a estimate in the coming week or be there on Monday noon to do the job, but would call me at work to confirm the cost before starting. When I returned home that eveing the final result was a pleasant surprise. It's nice to know that there truely services that them working here in Jacksonville.

This is our second cleaning with Rachel. From the first phone call to First Coast Pros to the "how are we doing" call from Josh today, our experience has been unbelievably fantastic. My husband walked in last Friday night after a long trip driving all week and was so excited to know that we could spend Saturday working on continuing to move into our new house. I had asked Rachel to use a specific hardwood floor cleaner, she did and they gleamed! The prices are GREAT, the selection of services is more than any other cleaning service I have ever used and the people are so nice and professional.

This is a professional organization -- from the time they answer the phone, arrive for the estimate, complete the work, and depart the premises. They do superior work, are prompt, courteous, efficient, and effective. They cleaned our home from top to bottom -- windows, floors, bathrooms, etc. We recommend them with no reservations whatsoever -- this is a high performing cleaning organization. Bottom line: want to know what good service feels like? Hire this company.

They came at the EXACT time they said they would, and REALLY cleaned my house, not just a quck vacume and dust. Really liked the job they did and continue to this company as my regular cleaning service.

Very well. Joshua, Rachel and Jed arrived right on time and after a courtesy call to let me know they were on the way. Joshua managed my expectations well in terms of what would clean up well versus what would not, eg, galvanization spots on aluminum. He also threw in some extras for free, like polishing additional light fixtures and changing stuck light bulbs. They all worked very well as a team and I would definitely hire them again.

Unbelievable deal from a young and energetic company. They sent in one person that far exceeded our expectations in half the time of our previous cleaning service. Apparently they are new to the area and really looking to expand their operation with phenomenal deals. When we returned from a day at the beach, we could barely recognize our home. She used some new "green" chemical line that smelled fabulous and didn't effect our daughter's allergies at all. We were completely satisfied and impressed with their efforts and will have them back ongoing!! AND they do everything... next we're trying windows... stay tuned!

The driveway was looking really cruddy so we decided to have it cleaned along with the windows. We were surprised at how good it turned out - it looks almost like new. The crew was very professional and took the time to make sure the job was done right. Also, it was nice that they were careful not to mess up anything around the driveway.

They showed up on time to do both pressure washing and window cleaning. They did the window cleaning by hand with squeegees and took the time to make everything look perfect. We were really pleased with the results, but we were even more happy with the crew. We had no problem trusting them in our home, which is hard to find these days.
