I WAS TOTALLY IMPRESSED AND SATISFIED FROM THE TIME I CALLED TO SCHEDULE THE CLEANING THROUGH THE FINISHED CLEANING. THE GENTLEMAN, KYLE CREWS, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, AND TIMELY. HE DID A GREAT JOB AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE NEEDED A TOP-RATED CARPET CLEANING JOB.

My first contact by phone was positive. Very professional and helpful. They came to the house for an estimate ( I was not there at the time). On my follow-up call, I was given a break down for each service. A discount was offered for the bundled services. They arrived on time and were very pleasant. I was very pleased with the results. I inspected the house and gutters and couldn't find any signs of mold and dirt. The driveway looks great. I would definitely use First Coast Home Pros again.

When I called to set-up an appointment, I was able to secure one two days later at 8:15 AM. On March 23, I received a call from Kyle Crews shortly after 8:00 AM letting me know he was on his way and would be at my home at the scheduled time. He arrived as stated, checked the three work areas and got to work right away. Approximately two hours later, the work was completed and I was totally pleased with his efforts. I have lived in my current home for six years and the grout has never looked this clean. I will definitely schedule this company for an annual grout and tile cleaning and will recommend them to family and friends.

First Coast Home Pros did a wonderful job. They are very thorough and they do a very good job. They are professional and punctual and I would recommend them to any one that would have a need for that kind of service. I thought I would have to have my couch and love seat re-upholstered, but after they cleaned it, I didn't have to. They probably offer between 8-10 different services and I have used 3 of their services before and each and everyone has done a very good. I don't believe that anyone who hires them will be disappointed at all. They are very friendly.

The estimator arrived on time, gave a fair price, and noted other services they could provide but was not pushy about what we selected. Arrived timely on the scheduled date of service - I have never seen my windows so clean (inside and out)! They pressure-washed only the exterior walls we requested, and cleaned the gutters. Billed exactly as quoted and gave us an "Angie's List" discount. We will definitely use them again.

It was fantastic. They arrived on time, did a good job, cleaned up, and everything was great. Just a tip for other homeowners, if you get your lanai pressure washed, it will trip the outlet out there and you need to check your other outlets to make sure another one didn't go out with it. Lesson learned!! I highly highly recommend this company. We could not have asked for better. We are planning to use them again for a yearly cleaning and are thinking of having them do some other things also, like grout cleaning.

I called and requested an estimate. Carolyn came out the next day & provided me with a detailed estimate. I called & got myself added to their work schedule. They arrived a little earlier than the scheduled appointment time which worked out great for me. They did an an excellent job and even pressure sprayed a few things I wasn't expecting. They conducted themselves in a very professional manner. Everything looks & smells so clean. I would definitely use their services again.

The service person arrived early, (after calling to make sure that was ok). He even gave us booties to wear until our carpet was dry. Meh was professional; I love that he was accommodating of my nervous cat, who was hiding from the equipment

From the first phone call, the staff was professional and courteous. The appointment was made quickly for the consult/estimate. The estimate visit was well communicated ie she called when she was on her way, thorough estimate with different options. The work was scheduled quickly as well. we are so happy with the work they did, they exceeded my expectations.

They arrived on time, with a call about 5 minutes prior to arrival. They bring their own equipment and supplies, which I'm discovering I like better than what I've been using! They are also willing to set up a regular bi-weekly schedule and clean without our having to be here. They're pleasant but business-like in getting to work, finishing, gathering up everything, and leaving, without making us feel like we're paying for wasted time. Very pleased with these people!

"Our records show this customer had cancelled almost 30% of their scheduled appointments over the years, including all of their appointments over a 3 month period. My office manager suggested they schedule their appointments one at a time so that they could make sure the appointment slot would work for them on a case by case basis, rather than be on a routine schedule that they would have to cancel almost a third of the time. This was done via email, and after reading the email my office manager sent, I thought it was a completely appropriate course of action that she suggested. This customer was obviously upset by that, however. We just wanted to work out a better system with this customer that would enable them to get the service they want at the time they want it, but without keeping that appointment slot from being used by other customers almost a third of the time."

The dryer vent was clogged and it was taking double the normal time to dry clothes.
The technitions were on time, professional and effecient. The dryer is back to drying within the normal timeframes.
My experience was uneventful and I am very satisfied with the results.
