My children gave me this service as a gift. The company gave them an estimate of the cost, and we made an appointment for the work to be done. They arrived promptly, worked rapidly and did all of the jobs extremely well.

Crew showed up on time, dressed professionally, brought all their own materials. I'm still finding places that make me go, "they cleaned there?!?" Absolutely got teary eyed over what an amazing job this crew did. So careful, lots of antiques and knick knacks, put things back exactly as they were. While expensive, totally worth it just to get back to square zero. Really felt like they took the time to do it right!

Exceptionally well. We can't wait for them to come in again to make magic.

Josh with F.C.H.P. did a great job. He arrived early (actually arrived to job site before I did). Was very professional in both appearance and communication. Not only was able to clean out the vent under the house, but took care of the issue that was causing the problem in the first place (a metal screen had been improperly installed). Would hire FCHP again for any of the services they offer.

Three people arrived on time and did a fine job. They can be left alone and trusted. They have cleaned for us four times.

It is family owned. They showed up promptly to give the estimate. They came and cleaned everything that he wanted and they did a very good job. They stayed longer than they had originally anticipated to take care of everything and he was very pleased when they left. It was quite noticeable that they had done a good job. He is going to be using them again.

If you find them via Angie's List, they give you a discount for forever. They offered to completely redo my kitchen table, and they are picking it up next week. They are refinishing it at their own cost. I'm using them on a weekly basis. Very well. Bill is easy to work with, and is quick to understand and discuss the problem. The finished product is not the highest quality we could possibly get (the colors are good, but there are little specs of material in the finish that probably ought not be there, so it's not as smooth as it could be)....but... the price was half that of the next highest quote. We got 3 quotes, $700, 600, and Bill's $275 (we gave him an even $300)... and he did it over xmas week for us so we could use it for visitors the following week. We'd hire him again. Update as of March 2011: Josh called me to see how the table was after ~a year. I told him it was okay, liveable, but not great looking because of the specs. He said they'd updated and improved their process and would like the opportunity to pick the table up, refinish it again a new way, and return it re-assembled - for free. I agreed, they picked it up as scheduled and returned it - still a tough project due to the finish and coloration of this particular set - looked great. Had a (tough to describe) 'hazy sheen?' on the top layer of finish, but with multiple rubbings (lots of elbow grease), it seems to have worked out and now looks like a new table again. Thanks guys, great job!

First Coast Home Pros set an appointment with me for about two weeks out. They gave me a window of 8:00am to 8:30am. They were here at 7:50am! They called first to alert me that they were on their way, arriving within about 2 minutes. A quick inspection inside to evaluate the setup of the ductwork, then outside to identify the vent exit. The exit is on the roof. They were up there quickly. The job was done in less than 20 minutes. The service techs were polite, professional, clean in appearance and practice. Taking care to avoid tracking anything in from outside, and cleaning up, leaving no debris behind them. Over all, a very rewarding experience. The dryer does it's work in half the time now! I gave the price a "B" because there are a lot of less expensive services available. However, you know that old addage, "you get what you pay for!" I could not have asked for better service. They were in and out and left behind no evidence they were there, other than a clear vent and better working dryer!

Very responsive and professional. Their price was great, lower than I expected. They arrived when they said they would and the windows sparkle. I will definitely use them again.

They showed up, on time, ready to go! At times, they needed the power washer on full strength to remove the red brick dust & they used 3 different types of cleansers. When only 90% of the red brick dust came off, they switched to hand brushing the siding! All 3 buildings are sparkling!!! No easy feat. They moved potted plants & covered them to keep them safe. They washed the exterior windows, even going so far as to razor off paint chips etc. Neighbors kept stopping by to remark on how meticulous they were and what an incredible difference they were making. We thought we'd have to repaint the west side of the house, but after they were finished it's like new. Both Josh & Jerry were so polite & so friendly : they went well beyond what the contract called for. They spent the entire day on our project until THEY were satisfied that it was perfect.We didn't have to oversee them at all. They had their own high standards to achieve...probably higher than ours would have been. After only one time using their services WE ARE CLIENTS FOR LIFE. Many Thanks!

They did not perform a very thorough cleaning. The quality of the cleaning service was lacking and I would not hire them again.

Fantastic. Staff is friendly and professional. They always arrive on time and get right to work. On they occasions that I've had to reschedule they have been very accommodating. Everything looks great when they leave. The only time I had something remotely approaching a problem was some slick floors after one cleaning. We reviewed the product they were using and have never had the problem again. Price (with an Angie's List discount) is very reasonable for the level of quality. They bring all supplies and equipment, so this also saves in the long run.

We asked for estimates on pressure washing on the outside of the house, and for housecleaning. Josh and Alicia were prompt, answered all questions, worked with us on possible dates for estimates. They set the dates, completed the work quickly, and under the estimated time and price. We were very pleased, and impressed with the quality of their work. We will be continuing to request their services.

I was very satisfied. There were just a couple of little things that they overlooked. I have them scheduled for next week. I talked to someone there and told them how it went. I'm paying more than I paid before with another company.

They were really good. A lot of the companies in Florida offer coupons or discounts to keep their business going over the summer time. I think we got some kind of discount or I think they offered a discount for senior citizens. So our price was different than the other users. The quality of their work was outstanding. The price was excellent. We were just going to call them again today to get the work done. They did the job quickly and they came on time. They were very professional and pleasant. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

They were punctual and communicated with me well. They were also reasonably priced.

By far one of the finest service companies we have used. All of the people were punctual, cheery and very hard working. All of the work done exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail was amazing. We will definitely tell our friends about them. We have asked them to continue the housekeeping services twice per month. We may also be asking them to do some of the other services they provide! They are truly Pros!!!

They did a great job overall. Best house cleaners I have hired to date. I will use them again. They cleaned teh wooden blinds for no extra cost and made them spotless. Cleaned stove without an axtra cost and made it spotless. They wiped out all kithcen drawers and cupboards without being asked. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

They arrived on time and started work immediately. We have flower gardens under our eves, so we specified that the plants would be protected from the runoff and over spray of their cleaning solutions. They took great care to install plastic sheeting over our plants and to install wooden stakes to prevent the tarp from crushing the plants. They then proceeded to pressure wash the house. They worked very efficiently and were finished by early afternoon. They then washed our windows by hand, leaving no streaks or residue. They then cleaned up the site, removing the plant covers and stakes. They then flushed the driveway to remove all of the dirty runoff water. (We didn't include driveway cleaning in our quote.) In general I was impressed with their spirit of customer service and accountability for the entire job. Their final bill was for the exact amount of the quote. No surprises.

My dryer was taking a long time to dry. When Josh went to clean it it was totally blocked and a fire hazard. It is working like a charm now and I know my electric bill will be less. I can't say enough about Josh and his company and will highly recommend him to everyone in our complex and all of my friends. It is so nice to see a young man like Josh in this day and age who is polite, prompt and efficient. I wish him success in the years to come and know it will happen.

Overall, they did a very good job. Two women came for two hours each time. Showed up on time, very efficient, and nice people.

He was very professional, did a great job and was very thorough. He was clean and very personable. I think I could have gotten the job done cheaper, but he was very prompt.

Well...easy to speak and discuss issues or anything else...nice folks from top to bottom. Professional, get right to work, no messing around, but light-hearted as they go. Good job!
