They were very professional and responsive from the first contact when I e-mail them through Angie's List to when Rachel came to the house to give me an estimate. She was on time for the appointment, which she had confirmed earlier in the afternoon. The response from Josh when I sent an e-mail requesting a set-up time was great. He even worked out their schedule with another customer so Mindy and Erica could clean my house first and my dog didn't have to spend the whole day locked up! I wasn't the first one home but my husband commented that the house "smelled clean but not that overpowering disinfect smell". When I got home I asked him if I woud be pleased and he said yes, which was a great relief as I am the picky one. They moved things when they dusted the furniture/mopped the floors, etc. I kept looking for that bit of dust and just couldn't find it. I am more than pleased and would recommend them to anyone who wants their home cleaned. ---- And since the house still looks good on the second day - may be they came back and did it again?!?!

They were very professional and were very clean with their work. They painted the shutters in an enclosed trailer so that they didn’t get any paint anywhere and then they put them back. It was very clean. They were very good. When they gave us a quote they said it would cost $381 for one coat of paint on all of the shutters but if two coats were needed, they said they would paint it for the same price as the one. We got a quote from another company and they wanted $375 for one coat of paint on all of the shutters and then for two coats they wanted $550. We would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

I called and person was very helpful in answering all my questions and scheduled a date for work performance. Date was about 10 days after the call because they were busy but not a problem for me. Worker came and did an excellent job of cleaning the vent. The exhaust from the dryer was a little far from the actua lvent so he was able to cut the duct and shorten the exhaust at no additional cost. First rate company.

had similar work done last year. this company did a far better job. however, they failed to clean windows that became dirty from their spray. most disappointing is that they also do "window cleaning", we did not see this until after they left.

Everything went very well. From my first contact with them, to the initial walk through with the housecleaning manager, Rachel, everyone was pleasant and punctual. Mindy and Erica arrived on time for the initial cleaning and did a FABULOUS job! We honestly couldn't be happier and will continue using them every other week.

Everything about the transaction was extremely professional. I called for an estimate and Joshua Kennedy was at my house exactly at the time I was given for the estimate. After talking to me and getting my thoughts on the work Joshua spent a few minutes to determine exactly what was to be done and then supplied me with a written estimate for the work along with a 15% discount for being an Angie's list member. Once I accepted the estimate the office gave me a date within my schedule to acccomplish the work. Jerry Reddy the operator called me before arrival to let me know he was on his way and he arrived exactly when he said he would. Jerry's attitude and professional manner was very refreshing and I must say that he went out of his way to accomplish the results I had wanted. I was extremely happy with every aspect of this transaction and would highly recommend this company. I will certainly use their expertise in the future.

Josh arrived at my home on time. Explained what I would like cleaned, we proceeded to walk around my house and Josh explained all that can and cannot be done (ie big dark oil spot on driveway, but its just a lite shadow now after the pressure wash). The scheduled day the work was to be performed I wasn't sure of workers arrival time. I called early Wedensday morning and recieved a callback in less than 30min. The workers arrived @ 11:30am as I was told and completed 3-4hrs later. Team consisted of two employees working on roof and two others doing everything else. I wasn't home but my wife states they did a great job. When I arrived home I walked around my house and it did look good. I'm very pleased and looking forward to use thier services again, now just for pressure washing but the other services they provide. Thanks First Coast Home Pros staff and especially your professional field workers.

They are consistent. They always do exactly what they say they are going to do.

Estimator, Josh, showed up on time and was very pleasant. Walked around sidewalk and house to look at roof. (Was NOT one of those drive-by estimates) Pleased with estimate and Angie's List discount. Two men showed up on time on the morning scheduled. They were very professional and easy to talk too as I ask a lot of questions. Both worked on cleaning the roof first. Did not have any grass or plants die from roof cleaner which I was concerned about, as I love gardening. Then they both worked on cleaning the sidewalk in front and side of house. What a difference it makes. Say they were probably done in 2 +- hours. First Coast even called me few days later to ask if I had any problems with their work. Great company, would use them again, as they do more than pressure cleaning.

Everything went well. The crew was efficient. All screens were removed and cleaned separately. They pointed out any potential problems to us.

I called on Tuesday afternoon. Josh came out to give me an estimate on Wednesday morning. I told him I was leaving town on Thursday afternoon. He rearrainged his schedule, picked up the blinds Wednesday afternoon, cleaned them and returned them on Wednesday evening. The blinds had not been cleaned in years and they looked great when Josh put them back in place. They went the extra mile to fit my travel schedule, they did a great job at a fair price and I plan to use them in the future.

Ranae and Shelley arrived on time, and after I gave them a tour, they got right to work. They did a thorough job from the top to the bottom. They were organized, professional, and friendly. My kitchen floor (linoleum) looks amazing after a thorough vinegar and water scrubbing (Ranae). The books and knick-ckacks were all dusted and arranged very nicely. All the pet toys hiding behind/under furniture have been discovered and discarded. I am very pleased with the results!

Overall the job was very quick. It didn't take long for them to complete the job. After letting the house dry for a day I painted and the paint adhered quite well to the clean walls. I know in the past if the wall wasn't clean enough the paint wouldn't adhere as well. Not sure if it was because I used a different paint or if the walls were just prepped better. All in all, the job was done, on time, quickly and at a reasonable price.

I contacted FCHP through email about pressure washing our metal roof, as I use them for housecleaning and window cleaning services already. They responded the same day with an estimate and I was able to schedule the appointment on the day I wanted. The guys who came to do the work called me on the day of service to let me know when they were expecting to arrive, which was right on time. They knew that we were cleaning our house in preparation for our wedding party, so they spent extra time and cleaned off our small porch and steps as well. This was a great surprise, and showed that they really do care about their customers. While they were cleaning the roof they also cleaned out a small section of gutter that we have (about 10 feet long). All in all, they did exactly what we asked and then some. I recommend this company to anyone seeking service for housecleaning, window cleaning and power washing. After we have gutters installed I will use them for gutter cleaning as well.

Service and professionalism was excellent. One gentleman came over first for a free in-home estimate. He explained their services in detailed (what they would do and why) and the cost. He was on time and called just before the appointment to confirm. When the service was scheduled, it was two different people. However, they were equally polite, and did the same services, in the same manner as it was initially presented to me. They also called to confirm arrival time the day of the service. Very helpful, very polite, and did an excellent job. I plan on using them every year after the spring pollen season.

I had my house powerwashed, the porches and driveway and the inside and outside windows cleaned, along with the screens for $538.90. Great price and great job! I signed up for post-construction cleaning and detailed cleaning for $424.15. Not so good. My house was built in 2006 and not lived in until 2008. The house is a second home so there is not very much wear and tear. While the cleaners were very pleasant, they missed cleaning the counters, a table and knick knacks in the bathroom (hairspray residue), forgot to clean a night table in the bedroom, did not vacuum behind the doors or under the bed and did not dust the bed frame. There were more missed spots and they gladly took care of them. I thought that, for the price I paid, I would not need to go over everything. I was also put off when the owner told me that I obviously did not know anything about housecleaning. Overall, the house when finished, looks great but I wanted a service that would give me the peace of mind that it would be perfect without my having to go over everything, especially for the price I paid.

Amazing results. We have the cleanest windows in the neighborhood. This 75 year old, San Marco home certainly had a lot of grime on the windows. This was no small job. This house has about 16-18 windows plus a large sun porch fully encased in glass. These are the old 6 pane windows, requiring each pane to be hand cleaned. After the cleaning, the view from the sun room was like switching from a standard to HD TV. I use First Coast Home Pros at my office and my apartment for routine cleaning. I will continue to use their services in our new home. Setting up and appointment is easy. Just give them a call. They are prompt and professional. You will receive a detailed estimate for the work. For example, the charges for screen cleaning, inside and outside window cleaning were all itemized on my estimate. While you have them there, I would ask them for recommendations on other items as well, such as weatherization or screen replacement, and get a detailed estimate. Then pick what you would like done and setup a time.

They exceeded my expectations by: - Offering a flexible schedule due to the pending arrival of our first child - Showed up on time, professionally dressed with cleaning supplies - Walked the house to make sure they understood my preferences - Set to cleaning until the entire job was done (8 hrs in our case) - The work was exceptional, no other word to describe it I selected this company over another b/c they are BBB certified and use their own employees instead of contractors. It ended up being a great decision. Highly recommended!!!

I called this company and talked to someone who quickly scheduled my dryer vent cleaning visit. They arrived on time and promptly went to work. My cleaning needs turned out to be more complex. However, they quickly determined how to best "unclog" my dryer vent, which I think took longer than most. They were very professional throughout the visit. They were very knowledgable and able to effectively problem solve through my cleaning. Very pleasant to work with. It is rare that you can say that someone exceeded your expectations...but this group did just that!

It was good. They were able to get out here quickly. They did a thorough cleaning. The guy that did the cleaning made the recommendation that I needed to have the piping under the house replaced because the builders had installed an incorrect quality and it was falling apart. I negotiated with the owner and had them come out to do that. They charged me a very low price for that. They were able to do that within a week. They were able to come later in the evening after I got off work which was very convenient. I would definitely use them again.
