Did a nice job cleaning the stucco. The window screens weren't cleaned very well, but they did respond right away after I called the office shortly after they left. A young man came back to clean them. He was just wiping them off with a cleaning solution in a bucket but not rinsing them off. My husband hosed them off. The frame of the outside of a few of the windows also had not been cleaned the first time, nor were the outside of the porch lights. They did a good job, but just need to be a little more conscientious.

Scheduling was very easy and met my needs from a timing perspective. Tracy spent time going over the charges with me before we actually schedule the work to be completed. Josh arrived on time, after calling to let me know he was on the way. Since this was the first time using their services, he went over all work that would be performed, the time involved, and costs. Once agreed upon, he went work, stopping to confirm a few items, such as what kind of spot to ensure he used correct cleaning method. Josh also took the time to give me helpful hints to maintain my floors. I'm sure he ended up spending more time that originally scheduled, but didn't change the original quote. Payment was very easy--just called the company back and gave my information. Carpets and floor look almost new even though they are almost 8 years old. This is the BEST floor cleaning I've experienced and look forward to using First Coast Home Pros for additional services.

After coming out to the home for a free estimate the company was able to schedule the job within a week. The company worked with me to find a time that was suitable to my schedule. The fellows that did the job arrived on time after giving me a call (as I had requested) to let me know they were on their way. The job was completed in a reasonable time and was preformed well. The results were satisfactory and seem to have been the best that could be achieved on a 30+year-old driveway shaded by trees and covered in black mold. The fellow I discussed the job with once it was finished took his time to talk to me and did not make me feel rushed. He indicated that if I was not pleased with the results I could contact the company and they would look into what else might be done. (I have not done so as I believe the results are the best that could be achieved under the circumstances; the driveway looks much, much better.) Overall the company was very professional and the staff, including the secretary who answers the phone, was friendly. They allowed me to pay after the job with my credit card over the phone. In looking into the price of renting a machine (as I have done in the past) and the hassle of transporting it, the need I would have had in purchasing a new hose, and the much greater time it would have taken me to do it myself (with perhaps inferior results), the price was reasonable to me, especially with the discount they gave for finding them on Angie's List.

The woman who came was very quiet, efficient, polite, observant, and even cleaned the crystals on my chandeliers! She was extremely thorough and they are absolutely fantastic and I have even recommended them to my friends! They also sent out people to clean my windows both inside and out. They sparkled and I was absolutely thrilled!

He was very efficient and had excellent clean-up.

They come every other week. They are excellent.

My dryer vents needed cleaning. I called, made an appointment and was given a price. On the day of service, the technician called to say he was on the way--at exactly the time of the appointment--and came and cleaned the vents. They did the work I was told over the phone they would do. They did not make a mess. They were very professional. I was completely satisfied and will use this company again.

This company was very professional and thorough. They showed up on time to review the work with me and provide me quote on the price. I received a discount for the Angie's list referral. We scheduled a date for the work to be done and again they showed up promptly and did a wonderful job. They removed all the screens from my windows, washed, dried and replaced these. The windows were washed and squegee dried. The gutters were cleaned out and all the debris removed from my property. The pressure washing was very thorough and I had no damage to my landscaping. I would definitely use them again. I thought the price was competitive and they did a better job than anyone I had used in the past.

We did not use First Coast Home Pro's, they were outside of our budget. They came out and bid the job, and it was an extremely thorough process, and we were absolutely impressed by the professionalism. Bottom line, we got the job done for about 1/2 the price they bid. Again, if we $$'s were not an object, we would have used them in a heart beat!

My husband and I decided to use a cleaning service instead of cleaning ourselves when we moved out of our rental condo. I had contacted other cleaners via referrals but they were not properly covered esp. worker's compensation or WC exemption. I also found companies that were going to charge extra because it was a move out clean. I found this company on Angie's List and am glad I did as I had not heard of them before. I will definitely use their services again.

They provided a free estimate which included discounts for multi-services, and Angie's List . We scheduled the work to be done and it was completed professionally on schedule.

Overall, we should have had our house washed years ago. It looks beautiful. We will probably make this an annual house maintenance cost.

I had my first scheduled cleanning with Mindy and Shelley. What a beautiful job they did. I am having them weekly and look forward to it!

An estimate for the work was given on the phone and the work scheduled for the next week. Josh was there at the time promised (he even called ahead) and performed the tile and grout cleaning of the master bathroom floor and the guest bathroom floor. He was neat, efficient, professional and pleasant. Before removing his equipment, he asked if I was pleased with the outcome and I requested that the go over one section in the master bathroom. He was anxious to please and again cleaned the area which came out beautifully. He cleaned the upholstery of a recliner in the living room and did so with quickly and with no mess to the floor or surrounding area. He chair looked great when he completed his work. When Josh had completed his work, he asked if everything was done to my satisfaction. It was. The next day, the dryer vent was cleaned by three workers. Although they were a few hours late (they called to let me know) the work they performed was excellent. No mess, no fuss just a very professional thorough job.

We contacted First Coast Home Pros by telephone. They scheduled an estimate at our convenience two days later (they offered the next day but we were not available). Rachel called ahead of the scheduled time to say she was on her way and would arrrive at the scheduled time (in fact she arrived a little early...a welcomed difference from most services that are always late). She provided a complete written quotation providing us with multiple options that we could select. We scheduled a detailed cleaning for $296.00 (including the Angies List discount). While here we said we needed to have our carpets cleaned and she mentioned that they did this as well. She provided a quote and we decided to have the carpets cleaned as well ($159.00 with Angies discount) The day of the cleaning the cleaning crew called ahead to confirm arrival time. They arrive exactly on time and did a beautiful job. As they finished Josh arrived to clean the carpets. He had also called ahead to tell us his arrival time. The carpets also came out fantastic and dried within a couple of hours. We have scheduled First Coast Home Pros to provide regular, ongoing cleaning of our home. These people are great! They do everything they promise and ask for input on their services. We are thrilled we found them. When they named their company they selected Home Pros and they truly are Pros. We doubt that you will find any better.

They arrived 10 minutes early (a good thing), were very professional, and worked diligently the whole time. I haven't found a single spot they missed. Ranae and Shelley did a terrific job and I will definitely be scheduling another deep cleaning in 6 months. On top of the great work, they were very sweet to my curious dog and cat that I tried to keep out of their way.

Do tell them any special cleaning needs. It always goes well.

I got them from Angie’s list. We had 15% off on coupon on Angie’s list. They had very good rating. They were on time. They did what I told them to do. The guy who came, worked on the stain on the drive away. I was very happy with the job they did. Their price was cheap. I would use them in the future.

Tech was pleasant and everything went well.
