The 3 professional women arrived right on time, even called me about 20 minutes prior to arrival to let me know they were on their way. I really appreciated that. I value punctuality and reliability...to me that is just the beginning of good customer service. All 3 immediately got started to work on one side of the house and just kept working their way to the other side of the house, finishing up about 4 1/2 hours later. My husband and I really appreciate the fine job they did on our home. Our money was very well spent, worth every penny! We can now breathe easy when our company arrives for Thanksgiving. Thanks to Mindy, Arlene and Emily, as you represented First Coast Home Pros very well.

Crew of three showed up on schedule and even contacted me ahead of their arrival to provide an ETA. Very Professional. Expalined the process, went to work. Afterwards, they explained problem areas and what was done to try to mitigate the issue. I will use them again.

I asked for and received a complete top to bottom thorough cleaning of my house. I am so pleased with everything I will be having them come twice a month for house cleaning. My house has never been so clean. The whole team was on time, cleaned everything, light covers, shelves full of stuff, I mean everything and everyone was friendly and courteous. The best housecleaning service I've ever had by far.

Exceptional! I am very very pleased with the cleaning. The three ladies came out to my house and promptly started working and worked continuously for the five or so hours they were here. The house was so clean when they left and they even did things above and beyond what I would have expected! For example they cleaned off the top of our fish tank which I would not have attempted on my own. They even tried to vacuum the fur out of my cat's bed!! I am going to set up bi-weekly maintenance with them since I think they did such a wonderful job! Thanks so much!!

The servicemen were on time and were very respectful. The serviceman that cleaned the carpet frequently stopped to ask what type of stains were in my carpet so that he would know how to treat them. I was so overly impressed with him, and the fact that 99.5 percent of the stains he treated are no longer visible.

They called before arriving early. The job was done professionally and quickly. I was impressed with the equipment they used and how thoroughly stains were removed. Previous providers may have cost less, but you get what you pay for. I am completely satisfied with the work and price.

This company was a pleasure to deal with. I called their office and spoke with someone who scheduled a visit to assess the property and provide an estimate. I did have to wait approximately 2 weeks, but it was worth it. Josh came out on time and quickly reviewed the property after asking me what services I wanted. He provided an itemized list of all of the services they could offer which clearly showed the price for each item, along with the Angie's List member discount! He didn't apply any pressure to agree to anything. He just gave me the estimate, explained each item, then told me when I was ready, I could call them back to schedule the work. He also told me the prices wouldn't change if I wanted to leave anything off, and that they would just reduce the price by the cost for that particular item. Very straightforward. I called them back the next day and scheduled the service. Again, I had to wait approximately 2 weeks, but it was worth it. Their crew called me 30 minutes prior to the promised time to let me know they were on the way. They showed up right on time and got right to work. They completed the work quickly and I was blown away with the results! Our house looks like brand new again, after 6 years of buildup. They got everything clean and even did some nice little extras, like cleaning out our welcome mat and cleaning our grill cover! The crew was very professional and polite, and they obviously take pride in their work. And the price when they were done was exactly what was quoted to me in the original estimate.

I used this company to clean my home for a few months. They were recommended by a friend. At first, each time they cleaned I was very pleased with the results. Then the quality began to decline with the team I had cleaning my house, even after I mentioned some of my concerns to the Lead Cleaner at my home. Without getting specific, suffice it to say that I found other things that were more important to spend my hard earned cash on and have just had to live with having a less than clean house. It was nice while it lasted. For what its worth, if I had more discretionary income, I would consider rehiring them, as the owner was extremely nice and professional. I'm sure that if I had mentioned my concerns to her that she would have handled it, but I wasn't in the mood to complain.

Very impressed with professionalism and knowledge of cleaning upon meeting the person who came to give initial esti mate. Knew immediately they were the company to hire though we obtained two other estimates. Requested that weekly cleaning be on same day/time each week due to needing to work nights and they were able to accomplish that. Everything happened as they said it would starting with the initial deep cleaning which this company recommends followed by maintenance cleaning which we opted to do weekly for our heavier trafficked areas, ie kitchen, bath, family room etc. Most impressed by quality, punctuality and trustworthiness.

I first started using First Coast Home Pros after a bathroom remodel in June 2011. At that time I need a deep cleaning because of dust from the construction. They did such a great job, I now use them for monthly maintenance. Mindy and Arlene do a terrific job on my monthly maintenance, and I get a call prior to their arrival about whether they're running late or can arrive early. The office staff is professional and efficient. When I needed to change a date, they worked with me to find a workable alternative. And if they have scheduling issues, Tracy calls in advance to work out my appointment. Although I haven't used other services before, I can't imagine a more thorough and professional job being done on my house! And the discount I received because I found them on Angie's List is applied every time.

We received a visit from a salesperson who provided us with an estimate of their services. We agreed that they would perform the window cleaning and pressure washing services immediately. The cost was reasonable and they completed the work to our satisfaction. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves - we were very pleased. We have this company provide housecleaning services every two weeks. We have no complaints and only good things to say about the job they do. They are professional in dress and behavior. They are pleasant and I love coming into the house after they have cleaned. We recommend them with no hesitation.

Great experience! Josh was right on time, calling 30-40 minutes prior to the appointment as he said he would. I had purchased a coupon from Angie's List. The coupon did not cover the entire area that I wanted cleaned. Josh took some measurements and gave me an additional price to do the entire job.I was amazed at how reasonable the price was. When the job was completed, he insisted that I looked at everything to make sure I was satisfied. I couldn't have been happier. My tile and grout look new again. My tile is 20 years old. It had only been professionally cleaned once about 13 years ago. The job Josh performed was far superior to the cleaning 13 years ago that cost me 4 times more. I was so impressed, that I had josh give me estimates for other work to be done around my home. The prices were very reasonable and I will definitely be scheduling soon.

They were really good. Both of the jobs were tough & you don't want just anyone doing the roof clean because they could ruin the shingles. They did a really good job with the roof & were very professional. They got the grout very close to looking brand new after a few years in a home with dogs. They may not be the least expensive, but the results were definitely worth it. They had nothing but good reviews & I can see why.

WOW! The experience I had with First Coast Home Pros more than exceeded my expectations. Joshua showed up the day after I called. He was extremely professional, friendly, ontime and gave a detailed estimate. This morning 2 well dressed, polite young men came to my house ontime and went right to work. My windows look brand new and the pressure washing job was great. They were very friendly, professional and did an awesome job. I will definately start using them on a regular basis! I can see why there are so many great reviews for this company. They are a total class act and seem to do everything with pride.

It went great. They went out of their way to come and get the blinds and I think it was their manager or supervisor who went back that evening and put back the blinds. They did a nice job.

I live in a two story town home with a steep roof. They were able to clean out the dirty vent on the roof and at my dryer. They also replaced my dryer vent. They were very courteous both during the visit and on the phone while scheduling the appointment. It is nice to have someone I can trust.

Two workers arrived on time and went right to work. They were polite and hard working. They finished earlier than originally thought - which is great! The work is first class. Everything looks beautiful and clean. I'm very impressed.
