Went great. Only gave a B for punctuality because they called on time but we're running late due to a meeting at the office. Andrew and Savin were friendly professional went right to work answered my questions showed me what they had done. Positive experience would hire again.

Tracy and Laura arrived, looked around to get acquainted with the house and what we wanted to have done. The company provides a checklist of what is included in both the Detailed Cleaning and the Maintenance Cleaning. Overall, this team worked well together, checked with us often and was as unobtrusive as a cleaning team could be and still get the job done.

Difficult access to vent on roof of 2nd floor. Service performed and advice/recommendations offered to help reduce chances of lint fires.

I have had this company providing a monthly housekeeping service for approximately 3 years. They provide a "first rate" service. The housekeepers are very diligent about ensuring a satisfactory result each and every time. I could not be more pleased with their results. I will continue to utilize their service and look forward to ongoing success.

First Coast Home Pros have been washing my home and windows and cleaning my dryer vent almost yearly since my home was built in December 2012. This year they also washed my roof. They are always professional, courteous, punctual, careful, courteous, and responsive to my requirements. They moved patio and porch furnishings to more completely clean those areas and were gentle around my plants. My house positively sparkled. I have enjoyed my association with their customer service and service providers over the years and would recommend them highly.

Ethan and Savion did an excellent job. They called before they came. They were on time and cleaned up well. I really appreciated that they explained to me the condition of my gutters and what it meant. Work results very good and friendly staff -Liz and Cassie, in particular, who was part of an initial “big clean” previously. Although late for this initial monthly visit, their 3 hr. Effort made up for it. Somewhat pricey but quality is high.

Great! Ashley has been the Team Lead for my home cleaning for quite a while now. She remembers the little things I like and does them every time. She is punctual, professional, friendly and does a great job! The last two times she came alone, which is unusual, but she did a very good job as usual. I would strongly recommend Ashley to anyone.

Very well. Liz and Bonnie did an excellent job, were on time, worked steadily, were friendly and it appeared they were interested in you and wanted to please.

Job included dusting, vacuuming, floor washing, blind cleaning/dusting, bathroom/kitchen cleaning etc. - 4 staff fte. People worked hard for 6 hrs each non stop. Very good job. Professional group of women who are employees. Have hired the firm for ongoing monthly cleaning. Also used firm for other services. So far, so good.

This was their second visit to our lanai - moved all the heavy furniture, cleaned it, washed it and were done in an hour. Lanai looks better than new. We will have them back annually.

Called ahead and came earlier than scheduled. Adequately explained the scope of the project and conducted a thorough cleaning in a professional manner. Also provided good advice.

Amazing. The house looked better than when we got it new. They took care to not a) kill themselves on ladders, b) not kill my plants and c) not damage the tiles or the stucco. They were punctual for both days and always kept a clean work space. I would recommend to friends and family.
