I requested the techinicians call before coming, but they did not call. They were very quick and seemed knowledgable although they were not very informative on what they were doing.

My dryer stopped heating - had to call the tech for repair (Sears) - the Sears tech indicated that the connections for the lint needed to be cleaned badly. Called First Coast Home Pros (researched on Angie's List) and they were able to immediately add me to their service list. The two young men arrived on time and went directly to work and completed the job without any problems!!

After identifying First Coast Home Pros as the company to do some pressure washing at my home based on Angie's List reviews, I placed a call on a Saturday afternoon. Josh answered and patiently listened as I described the work I was looking have done which included pressure washing of pretty much all the cement surfaces outside my house: driveway, sidewalks, a back patio where my hot tub sits and all of the hundreds of feet of cement 'curbing' that lines my flower beds. They came by the house the next Monday and left a detailed quote, which seemed more than reasonable given the size of the job. When I called to accept the quote, they worked with me and scheduled a date and time that worked for me. The end result looked fabulous! All of the cement looked brand new, including areas that had previously been green to black from algae. I received a follow-up call from them the next day checking to see if the work was done to my liking. I can assure you it was and I'd gladly use First Coast Home Pros again.

Company showed up promptly for both estimate and work. House and driveway looked fantastic after washing. Noticed a couple of days later that some new curtains on back patio were riddled with bleach damage on the trim. The curtains were sunbrella fabric except for the trim, so the fabric was really expensive and since we had only put them up a few months earlier I was devestated. I contacted the company with the issue, the owner himself came out, took the curtains away and returned them four days later as good as new. It's awesome to see a company take responsibility for the damage and make good. I will definately use them again, it was great working with them.

I have a 4000 sq ft house and I pay them $143, which is really reasonable considering the space that they have to clean. They show up on time, they are professional, and nice. I do get a discount from them and what's interesting is they don't just apply that discount the first time you use them like most people do. They apply that discount every month and that's unusual. They work hard, they work smart, and they care about getting it right.

The company owner came to my home to provide an estimate of the cost of the work. The price was good so we scheduled the work for January 7th. Got a call right after Christmas saying that they had a cancellation and asked if they could do the work on January 2nd. That worked well for me. The workers arrived on time and finished the job professionally and quickly. We are very satisfied with the service.

From the moment I called inquiring about a bi-weekly service several months ago, to the most recent appointment, I've been nothing but pleased. They're professional, courteous, consistent and prompt. Consistency is important for me. I had another company before who did more in-depth cleaning but were very inconsistent in terms of quality. Not First Coast Home Pros. I definitely recommend them.

Contacted this company thru Angie's List and received a 15% discount from usual $109 cost. Everyone was very professional and courteous from the scheduler who made the appointment for me to the young men who came out and actually did the work. They did a thorough job of cleaning the vent both from inside and on the roof and cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with the job and would hire them again.

I called about house cleaning services and found out they also did carpet cleaning. While I had to wait a little bit in order to work in my initial house cleaning, I was able to schedule our carpet cleaning within a week. He was very professional and did a wonderful job. My carpet had not looked as good after a cleaning as it did after he was done. Was very happy with the service. I am hopeful my first housecleaning will go just as well.

The crew was friendly, professional & on time. They worked especially hard removing stains from the siding that was the result of masonary work & power saws used outdoors.

Went well. Arrived on time told us what he would do, what stains might not come out. Made sure we understood and started work. Did not waste time making friends with us, just went to work. Was able to remove more stains than he thought he could. Cleaned up any mess he had made on the floors, had us take a look. We were satisfied so he left. Probably the best service we have received from any company working on our house in FL.

Before I called First Coast Home Pros, I thought I would have to get a new sofa and loveseat or at the least get slipcovers. My sofa and loveseat have loose cushions. Joshua first cleaned the frame of the items and then individually cleaned the cushions. The items were dry in about three hours, but I waited overnight to use them. This is the second time I've used First Coast Home Pros and I will just keep going down their list of services offered until I complete my "to do" list. I do not need to buy new furniture or slipcovers. They look like new!

This was a great experience. Due to health problems, I've had to let some things wait and cleaning the house has been one of them. Celine and Sarah arrived on time and went to work immediately. They were very professional and paid close attention to detail. When they finished, the house was cleaned like I would clean it. In January, I start on a monthly maintenance cleaning plan. It doesn't matter which category I've used, First Coast Home Pros for (tile cleaning, upholstery cleaning, house cleaning), I would use them again and gladly recommend their services.

Cleaned tile and grout in my bathrooms and kitchen, even counters. The deal was supposed to be floors only but since the ad didn't specify they did all that I asked. Prompt and professional.

THE COMPANY CALLED AS THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. THEY ARRIVED AND PROCEEDED TO PERFORM THE SERVICES WE REQUESTED. THEY PRESSURE WASHED THE HOUSE, CLEANED THE WINDOWS AND CLEANED MY CLOSED IN PATIO. THEY WERE THOROUGH AND EXCELLENT. THEY WASHED DOWN ALL OUR PLANTS TO BE SURE ANY RESIDUE FROM THEIR CLEANING SOLUTIONS DID NOT HARM THEM. THE PRICE WAS EXACTLY AS QUOTED. I WOULD/WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

First Coast Home Pros has been cleaning our apartment every other week for over a year. When we get home after each cleaning, everything looks great. I'm sure they do even more than I described, but that's the point of having them, we don't have to worry about it now.

They arrived on schedule for the estimate. Took detailed notes for the estimate and answered all questions. I had purchased a 5,000 sq. ft. home that had been vacant for several years. The stone venner surronding this two story property had no less than 200 mud dauber nests, many in hard to reach places. Most pressure washing companies would not guarantee that they would remove all stains from the nest. Homepro told me if I was not happy, they would refund my money. They were that confident they could romove the stains from the building. They were right. In addition, the large paver driveway, pool area, and sidewalks were a mess. Two stone porches were covered with leaves and debris as were the roof and gutters. The upstairs porch has a glass railing. The detail they gave to all windows and the glass railing was fabulous. It's been nearly 9 months since the initial full service. I'm planning on having the windows and roof spruced up again. My home sits beneath a large canopy of oaks and often get spanish moss debris from the trees. I won't consider any other firm for this work. If you want it done right, this is the company to hire.

First Coast does a great job with our housecleaning. They come in every two weeks and we couldn't be happier.
