The only complaint I have ever had is with the scheduling for Holidays and when they have people out sick. The are always professional and always call if something is not right in my house while they are cleaning. I have used them for months now and would recommend to other people looking for great house cleaners.

Had never been cleaned and heard on Channel 4 news that 80% of house fires are caused from clogged dryer vents and is like having a time bomb inside your home. FYI: have also read that a chemical in dryer sheets is another factor. (i quit using after reading). Used Angies List to locate this company, went to their website and sent them an email. Quick response and came out quickly and employees were friendly and professional. Highly recommend and will use for other work. Have booked a pressure washing and window cleaning already.
Description of Work: Cleaned dryer vent from back of dryer and from vent under the house. Very satisfied and have contracted them to pressure wash outside of our home and clean windows..Will review after work is done but expect nothing less than a very professionally done job.

On my follow-up call, I was given a break down for each service. A discount was offered for the bundled services. They arrived on time and were very pleasant. I was very pleased with the results. I inspected the house and gutters and couldn't find any signs of mold and dirt. The driveway looks great. I would definitely use First Coast Home Pros again.

+ -1 moreWhen I called to set-up an appointment, I was able to secure one two days later at 8:15 AM. On March 23, I received a call from Kyle Crews shortly after 8:00 AM letting me know he was on his way and would be at my home at the scheduled time. He arrived as stated, checked the three work areas and got to work right away. Approximately two hours later, the work was completed and I was totally pleased with his efforts. I have lived in my current home for six years and the grout has never looked this clean. I will definitely schedule this company for an annual grout and tile cleaning and will recommend them to family and friends.
Description of Work: I contracted to have floor tile and grout cleaned and sealed in kitchen and two bathroom.

+ 2 moreFirst Coast Home Pros did a wonderful job. They are very thorough and they do a very good job. They are professional and punctual and I would recommend them to any one that would have a need for that kind of service. I thought I would have to have my couch and love seat re-upholstered, but after they cleaned it, I didn't have to. They probably offer between 8-10 different services and I have used 3 of their services before and each and everyone has done a very good. I don't believe that anyone who hires them will be disappointed at all. They are very friendly.
Description of Work: I found First Coast Home Pros on Angie's List. They cleaned all my tile floors and then sealed it for me and they did a detailed cleaning which was a one time thing and then they come and do monthly cleaning. They do house cleaning for me. They cleaned my loveseat and couch for me.

Arrived timely on the scheduled date of service - I have never seen my windows so clean (inside and out)! They pressure-washed only the exterior walls we requested, and cleaned the gutters. Billed exactly as quoted and gave us an "Angie's List" discount. We will definitely use them again.

+ 0 moreIt was fantastic. They arrived on time, did a good job, cleaned up, and everything was great. Just a tip for other homeowners, if you get your lanai pressure washed, it will trip the outlet out there and you need to check your other outlets to make sure another one didn't go out with it. Lesson learned!! I highly highly recommend this company. We could not have asked for better. We are planning to use them again for a yearly cleaning and are thinking of having them do some other things also, like grout cleaning.
Description of Work: We had our house, driveway, fence pressure washed, including the lanai. We also had all the windows and screens washed inside and out. The fence was pretty grungy and had to get some extra TLC, which added to our cost, but only by a little.

They arrived a little earlier than the scheduled appointment time which worked out great for me. They did an an excellent job and even pressure sprayed a few things I wasn't expecting. They conducted themselves in a very professional manner. Everything looks & smells so clean. I would definitely use their services again.

The estimate visit was well communicated ie she called when she was on her way, thorough estimate with different options. The work was scheduled quickly as well. we are so happy with the work they did, they exceeded my expectations.

+ -1 moreThey arrived on time, with a call about 5 minutes prior to arrival. They bring their own equipment and supplies, which I'm discovering I like better than what I've been using! They are also willing to set up a regular bi-weekly schedule and clean without our having to be here. They're pleasant but business-like in getting to work, finishing, gathering up everything, and leaving, without making us feel like we're paying for wasted time. Very pleased with these people!
Description of Work: Celine and Emily spent about 3 hours thoroughly cleaning our condo, which had been left too long since the last thorough cleaning. I've had two different teams (pairs of cleaning ladies) from this company, and I've loved both pairs. They are very professional in first estimating, then providing services. They have generally gotten things cleaner and shinier than I thought possible, and have come very close to putting things back exactly as they found them. They've also cleaned places I hadn't even thought of cleaning. They cost more than other people whom we've had clean, but I'm becoming convinced that they're worth the extra money.

Description of Work: Please Be aware...I have used First Coast Home Pros for several years for house cleaning. In the fall due to family health issues, I had to cancel services three months in a row. Each time a week in advance. the last time 24 hours in advance. The owner has no cancellation requirements. I had scheduled January, February and March. Upon the cancellation in January, I was informed that First Coast Home Pros had cancelled my services. Amazed that this would happen after I paid on time and always cancelled well in advance. Today, the crew shows up...a day that they had cancelled..I had not. When I spoke with the owner, he assured me that they turn people away every day. SO...they really do not need your business if life happens to you and you have to cancel. In this economic environment, my hats off to a business that can cancel scheduled services ! WOW ! Consider that they really do not need your business. The owner, Joshua Kennedy, returned my phone call and offered nothing in place of the mistake they had made. Young people have much to learn............or maybe not. Most small businesses are struggling. Obviously, First Coast Home Pros is NOT ! I would suggest that you look at other comapnies that might NEED your business to stay afloat and keep people working !!!!!!!!!
