Excellent. We had attempted to blow our dryer vent out for 21 years and purchased new washer/dryer 3 years ago and worked great first couple of years but last year it was taking twice the time to dry a load of towels, sheets, etc., so had company come to inspect and he said it was my dryer vent needed to be cleaned and recommended I call Sears. I use Angie's list for most everything now so contact First Coast Home Pros. I was given appointment and the technician arrived a little early, very professional. He accidently left the bag of lint on the house and called them, the owner, Josh called me immediately and had a truck come right out to retrieve it. Two months now, I emailed to say my clothes weren't drying again and within 2 hours, Josh calls me and states the vent on my house which was installed with my new roof wasn't the 'ideal' vent as it clogs up quickly and emailed me a copy of the proper type and agreed to send his guys back out again. They came today and I must say that I am not easily impressed with customer service these days but this company has the best employees I have dealt with in a long time. The young men were very sincere in taking ownership of what needed to be accomplished and it is quite obvious that they enjoy what they do and it is a great reflection on Josh and his company.

They are excellent. They would go beyond what you would ask them to do. I think their pricing is good. They are great. They are responsive. They will call you ahead of time before they even show up. They are very punctual. They confirm their time and call you if they are running late. They will do anything extra that you want them to do.

We love these guys. Have used them for carpet cleaning and for house cleaning services. No matter what it was they were always professional and did a fabulous job. Constantly exceed expectations.

Purchased a Big deal for First Coast Home Pros. He was very professional, considerate and called when he was running behind from his earlier job. He cleaned the grout in the kitchen floor and sealed it. He did a very nice job.

I bought their Big Deal coupon which was $99 for 200 square feet of tile and grout cleaning. They were excellent. I was absolutely pleased with them and would definitely use them again. They did a great job; I had no complaints about it. They neither did it for a short time nor took forever. Everything was spotless. They were very polite and nice people.

A very professional crew came and pressure washed the outside and they went over it taking extra care to remove any little marks that didn't come off with the pressure washer. When they were finished; our home looked new. We have had it pressure washed about 4 times in the past but no comparison to this job. We will definitely use them the next time our home needs pressure washing and would highly recommend to anyone. They also took the screens out and cleaned all our windows on the outside. We have an enclosed all-season room and I am an avid backyard bird watcher so clean windows are very important to me. They did an excellent job; far better than what I can do so I am going to let them do from now on. Highly recommend for windows too!

They were in time, polite and very quick. I had stains from where my dog got sick. They said, "No problem," and fixed it completely.

It went great. The crew was punctual, professional, and detailed. I even got a follow up phone call after the dryer vent was cleaned to ensure I was satisfied. That is excellent customer service in my opinion! I have received estimates from Josh for other services (pressure washing, windows, etc) and I will most certainly use them for this.

It didn't turn out as well as I hoped. I don't think they did any better job than I could have done.

Although I watched the entire process, I couldn't tell that the grout was any cleaner, nor that it had been sealed. I asked the operator about what to do with cracked and/or chipped grout, and he had no information. I gathered that the entire floor must be re-done, essentially. That there is no repair available for such problems is odd. I thought, if the job were done satisfactorily, that we could move on to a repair service. I think this was no "Bid Deal" but a waste of time and money. There was no discernible change in my tile floors.

Prompt, diligent, professional... did a thorough job.

Showed up on time for estimate. Set up date for 6 days later. They called 2 days early because they had a opening. Unfortunatlly we weren't ready. They were on time for the job. 3 men, 2 pressure washing and 1 using a sidewalk scrubber. Finnished in just a couple hours. Very professional. Good guys.

I sent an email to the company via Angie's List late Sunday night. Josh responded via email by 6:30 the following morning. He arrived promptly to provide an estimate and explain services. (Make sure to have Josh explain that the cost of the first cleaning is twice the single rate, so you are not surprised that first time.) I called the company the following morning to schedule my first cleaning. I elected to go with the deep cleaning package (instead to paying twice the single rate for that initial cleaning) because I thought it was a better deal, especially with the member discount. The two cleaning ladies arrived on time and unloaded all their own gear and cleaning supplies. They worked steadily and efficiently. They were professional and pleasant. I had to leave before they were done so I gave them a key (because they will be cleaning our house every other week). Price was as quoted and payment options were convenient for me. The whole process was efficient and seamless. All their employees are W-2 and background checked. They provide work comp as well. They provide a range of services so I can call on one company for many types of jobs. Well done First Coast Home Pros and thank you Angie's List!

First Coast Home Pros were very reliable and courteous. They did what they said they were going to do.

Very Well... as I stated above, we started with F.C.H.P. a little over 2 years ago (after reading all about them on Angie's List). A representative of the company stopped by, checked out our home, asked what services we needed, and told us what the bi-weekly charge would be. We came to an agreement, our home would be cleaned every other Friday and for a set fee. Two ladies arrive, immediately begin cleaning and approx.. 2 hours later they are finished, The ladies are professional, tidy, and thorough. All supplies and cleaning equipment are brought with them and nothing is left behind (especially dirt and dust). Thus far, this has been a great experience.

A team of 3 arrived on time, introduced themselves, and were very friendly and polite. They were a pleasure to work with. They started on the roof where the dryer vent comes out, and then they cleaned the vent from the laundry room end as well. Finally they tested the air flow and told me that I had twice the minimum required air flow. I would recommend their service to anyone who needs dryer vent cleaning.

All work was done well and technicians were all very professional and pleasant. I was given the price before the work was done and there were no additional charges. All appointments were kept and workers arrived on time. My carpeting had been cleaned previously by another company and the stains came back; after the cleaning by First Coast Home Pros, the stains have not come back and the carpet still looks great. I would recommend this company and would definitely use them again. They also called after the service to make sure I was happy with their work.

This was the first time we have used First Coast Home Pros. I saw their excellent rating on Angie's List and gave them a call. We were under a tight time schedule to get the work done, and they made the extra effort to get out to our house and complete the work in time. We were VERY pleased with the work ethics of the three men who came out. They arrived at the designated time. Before starting work, they went over what was to be done, to make sure it was correct. They went over the cost for the work, which had been given to us in the estimate. And they asked if we had any further questions or concerns. The men were very conscientious and worked quickly but thoroughly. We will DEFINITELY use this company again !

Our dryer vent was in dire need of cleaning . . . you could see the lint completely clogging the opening of our roof style vent. Having a newer home with one of those very steep roofs there was no way we could accomplish this task properly on our own. After researching a few companies on Angie's List I chose this company due to it's overwhelmingly positive reviews, the thorough description on their website of the service that would be provided and the fact that they offer many additional household services that we may require in the future. I was able to make an ASAP appointment that suited my schedule with no problem. The crew called on the appointed day to confirm and to say that they were running about 15 minutes late (I always appreciate when service techs let me know they are going to be late . . gives me a chance to reschedule if necessary, but mostly keeps me from getting irritated and wondering if they are going to show). A crew of three young men arrived only slightly later than the original time and got straight to work. One moved my dryer away from the wall, turned it on and explained that the cleaning process works from the roof vent down to the dryer and not to be alarmed by the noises I would hear as their cleaning tool worked it's way down the vent tube inside my wall . . . I really appreciated that head's up 'cause that rotating brush tool makes some pretty loud scraping noises. When the outside crew was done cleaning the vent they used a blower to get rid of any lint residue that remained on the roof surface. The inside man vacuumed the back of my dryer and made sure the flexible vent tube that runs from the dryer to the wall connection was not clogged or in need of replacement. He vacuumed the floor behind the dryer, then moved the dryer back into place. Then he vacuumed the laundry room floor to remove even the smallest speck of lint that might remain from the process. He gave me the invoice, which included the discount for Angie's List members that is mentioned in their listing and on their website, and while I was writing the check he packed up his tools and checked outside to make sure the rest of the crew had completed their jobs and had done the same. The entire process didn't take more than 30 minutes from arrival to departure. We couldn't be happier with the results and the professionalism of the crew that did the work. It is so refreshing to discover that a company that says superior customer service and customer satisfaction is their number one priority, apparently really means it! I received a post card in the mail within a few days that asked me to please call if I was in any way dissatisfied with the service. It also listed the additional household services offered by the company with a coupon for an additional discount on any on them. Now that it is Spring Cleaning time, I just might take them up on the offer . . .

I chose this company solely on the reviews I read on Angies List. Dryer vent cleaning was a separate visit and went flawlessly. Team members were friendly, personable, professional and efficient. The rest of the services were on a later visit. There were some communication breakdowns between me and the main office, the main office and the estimator, the main office and the 2nd team. I only dealt with one person in the main office during all my calls, but I will not put their name here. I called to set up an appointment for an estimate. I explained 2-3 times what I wanted and gave my address (multiple times), spelling it letter by letter. The estimator called when she was due at my house wanting to verify my address because her GPS could not find it. Her information had the wrong street name (a street that does not exist). When we went over the list of what I wanted done, she did not know that I had requested an estimate for the gutter guards. She gave me what I thought was a fair estimate and I told her to go ahead and schedule the pressure washing, gutter cleaning, washing outside windows and screens only (not inside). When I was called by the office to schedule a date for the services, the office did not know I had asked for gutter cleaning. When I asked for the total, so I could compare it with my estimate, the office did not have the paperwork handy. When the workers arrived, they were not very personable. They did not offer to verify what I needed done, did not offer any explanations of the process or ask if I had any questions or concerns. I had to ask a lot of questions to get this information. I'm glad I did, because on the invoice, it showed a charge for cleaning the INSIDE of the windows. I pointed out I did not want that done and never requested, even specifically rejected inside window cleaning. The lead worker, crossed that invoice line out and adjusted the invoice. I was generally pleased with the work performed. My house, mostly with vinyl siding looks almost brand new. The screens are clean and the windows sparkle. When the workers were finished, they knocked on the door, said they were done. They did not offer for me to inspect their work, but I did before I paid them. I had no complaints except for places in the portico that still had footprints where ivy had grown. I had specifically pointed that out to the estimator and was told that would not be a problem. When I pointed this out to the worker, he just shrugged and stated "it won't come off". I spoke with Josh, the owner, and we worked things out regarding the miscommunications and unintentional misrepresentation about the ivy footprints. He is a man of his word and a man of integrity. I will use them again. I think with a little remedial training in customer service, I can give all A's next time.
