They were very professional, polite and performed the work timely and with very good cleanup. The dryer works much much better.

The service was great. I've been cleaning a house that my Aunt lived in and the carpet is very old and she had a cat. So it was a little stinky! The service guy was very honest and took the time to truly evaluate everything before quoting me a price. He did a great job with what he had to work with.

They were really, really good. They were professional and quick. We were very impressed. The girl who came in and gave me the estimate showed up on time and gave me the estimate as we agreed to. They did a really good job. It was worth it. They were quick to come out. It was convenient.

They were able to show up early and called for permission first. They showed up and went immediately to work. I used them before and didn't hesitate to call them when I needed the work done again. This company is a real First Class Act from the top down!!!

I apologize for not submitting this review sooner. We purchased a home which had sat empty a long time. I cleaned as well as I could before moving in, but ran out of time before getting to the bathrooms. The day before moving, First Coast Home Pros sent a nice lady to take care of this. She was great! One bathroom is a large standard bath. The other is a suite with separate shower and garden tub; it's a very large room. She did both in 1.5 hours and did a wonderful job. I would definitely use them again, thanks!!

The team of 3 "ready-to-get-to-work" young men arrived on time and wasted no time getting started. They worked continuously and tirelessly accomplishing everything that needed to be done. They paid particular attention to detail and kept at problem areas until they knew I would be proud of the results. The teamwork was remarkable. Very experienced and well trained on all their equipment, they were able to get areas cleaned that I didn't hold out much hope for in the beginning. This company, with its hard working staff, will be highly recommended by me to others.

First Coast Home Pros was great. They did a great job. They offered a deodorizer for my carpet. I have a dog and actually the young gentleman went above and beyond. He asked me if I needed anything else done, anything extra. They just go out of their way.

Great from start to finish! Joshua came and gave an estimate...included a multi-service discount as well as the Angie's List Discount. He was very professional and honest about gutter caps...said they were very expensive and we could have gutters cleaned out tons of times before the gutter caps would pay for themselves especially since we do not have lots of leaves around...our biggest issue is pine needles. We waited a few weeks to decide whether to do part or all of the estimate then called to schedule with no issues and about a week wait as expected. The crew came on time, were very friendly and professional and did an excellent job on all. We're very happy with their work, would recommend them and will use them again!

It went great! They did and outstanding job. My pool deck looks fantastic. I got the furniture pressure washed because I had planned on selling it. After they got thru cleaning it, it looks brand new! It made me change my mind about selling it. This is a first class company. They really do care out the customer and do quality work! I received a phone call from the owner about an hour after his crew was done to make sure I was satisfied with everything. I highly recommend them!

Wonderful company from beginning to end. Before I hired this company, they sent an estimator out who saw what work I needed done. I set up an appointment easily. The team of workers arrived on time, professionally dressed, and polite to my family and me. They did an excellent job. Cleaned the roofs, collected the leaves and junk from the gutters of the one roof thoroughly, no trace of it on the ground. Cleaned the crystal chandelier almost as well as I could have, saving me lots of time. I called the owner the next day to tell him how impressed I was with his company, and let him know his employees were assets to his company.

They came out when it was raining. It stopped raining but it was still wet. They cleaned out the gutters and blew the wet leaves around. Some of the leaves wound up on our screen and porch. The price for what they did was too much. we don't even have gutters around our whole house. We wont be using them again.

Crew arrived earlier than scheduled and after review of conditions and my specific request they completed the task in short order to my complete satisfaction

It was so long ago I don't really remember anything that stood out.

When crew arrived I explained situation and suggested that if dryer vent was clogged it was clogged at the roof vent since I had already checked the dryer end myself. Within 10 minutes they found the clog and removed it. They went on and cleaned the entire system from the roof. Job done quickly and efficiently.

When I had Mindy - the cleanings went great. Sometimes they sent another crew (I understand things happen) but I could ALWAYS tell when it wasn't Mindy because the house was clean, it wasn't nearly as good as Mindy's team! Other than that service was ok. However, they tried to jack up my price 20 percent a month or so ago! Thanks but no thanks! They spend A TON of money on advertising, hence the increase in price. Owning my own business for many years now, I've come to realize that you dont charge loyal, on-time paying customers a 20 percent increase... but not my business. If you use them I would only request Mindy's team - the other girl, Caroly or Carolyn, is ok, but does a very rush job that I complained about.. If you get Mindys team you should be good to go... just my 2 cents.

The workers did a nice job of pressure washing the house and cleaning the windows. The were extremely professional.

They were great and on-time. They finished the work in a timely manner.

The work was excellent. They were prompt, courteous, and professional.

They clean floors, bathrooms, kitchen, make beds and dust furniture. Usually 2 women work as a team. Often the same people but not always. They are always punctual. They provide all equipment and cleaning supplies. I am pleased with their work and have been using them for about a year now. I am probably too tough to only give a "B" on quality but it is not quite as good as if i did the job myself. If I have a request or concern, I call the office who makes a note on my account to ensure future cleaners know my request. Cost is a little more than I used to pay when I lived near Philly, but I had to provide supplies then so it probably balances out.

It was an average job nothing outstanding and nothing bad about the cleaning.

Service was great. Tech was punctual(even early). I was skeptical if he could really get the floor clean so he offered to do a test spot for me. This was not an easy thing to do. He had to pull everything off the truck, just as if he was cleaning the whole floor! The process worked great and he proceeded to clean the entire floor with great results! Very clean, tidy and professional! Will surely use them again!
