S and crew of two showed up on time and cheerful. They cleaned our place top to bottom in a half day, leaving it every inch clean and sparkling. They were a delight to have around, and we would welcome them back. In fact, we will welcome them back every two weeks. Our only issue is availability. Apparently, demand for our crew's superior service has outstripped First Coast's ability to keep up.

The First Coast Home Pros team that came to our home was incredibly professional, timely, did excellent work, and were clean-cut and courteous. We are glad we used them and plan to use them again.

What a great find! I found this company through Angie's List and I'm so happy I did. I scheduled the appointment through email, which is my preferred way to do things since I don't have to worry about business hours. I got a quick reply, and I answered a few questions about the furniture. Right away, I was emailed an estimate and an appt time that was just a few days away. The morning of the appointment, their employee wasn't just on time, he was about 10 minutes ahead of schedule. Perfect! He came in, took a look at the furniture, discussed things with us, and then set to work. I happened to be off that day, but I would have been perfectly comfortable leaving the house while he was working. The total cleaning took about an hour, and he was very thorough. He even cleaned the throw pillows, which was a nice surprise. I pride myself in having a clean house, but this sofa was dirty. Very dirty. It's were my little kids like to hang out while watching TV, and I don't even want to think about what's been spilled on it. After he finished cleaning, I was very pleased with the results. The cushions even feel fuller. Why did I wait so long to do this? I'm so happy with the experience, I'm going to try more services from this company.

The estimate appointment was on time and very pleasant. All my questions were answered completely. The morning of the service appointment I received a call to let me know when they were finishing the job before mine so I'd know when they would arrive. The two guys were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. There was a LOT of work to do on the list and they went after all of it and were just as courteous and motivated at the end of the day (they were still working after 5pm to get the job completed) as they were when they arrived. It seemed like a big price tag but each item was reasonably priced and getting it all done in one day felt like a miracle. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the work. The things they cleaned were all very dirty and now look fantastic. I don't think my windows have ever been this clean before. I have already recommended First Coast Home Pros and look forward to using them on a regular basis.

They're excellent, outstanding. I've used them two years in a row now for summer project clean-ups like my patio, the pool, the windows, they are very professional, they do an excellent job, their prices are reasonable, I'd give them a triple A rating. It was $450, and they did an enormous amount of work for that, I mean really. They got all the mildew off my pool screen, they washed all the outside windows, they powerwashed the patio, it was really very good. I can't say enough about them. Excellent, excellent company. They came first, gave me a cost, they stuck to the cost, there were no hidden charges, everyone was professional, they cleaned up after themselves they were just great.

long ladder anymore and these young men can do it no problem. Called them up and they set up a time, came when they were supposed to and did an excellent job. No damage to the gutters and np other issues. Not much to say about this job because it's straightforward as long as you do it right and they did. I'm just can't get up that long ladder anymore and these young men did it right!

Michael was very polite, professional and paid a lot of attention to detail. My windows look great. Would highly recommend and use again. Price was very fair ( I have a lot of windows and two stories.)

They called a few days prior to coming out to let us know that our tenant should not be parked in the driveway. They were prompt, fast and courteous. When we visited the house in April, 2013, the driveway still looked great. They are a wonderful company and I will definitely use them again.

I would recommend this company to ALL my family and friends. They were profession and efficient! My appointment was later in the day and they called to see if they could come by earlier, which was great because I had some other things to come up, that needed to be taken care of around the time of the original appointment. I even asked for a couple of quotes for other things needing to be taken care of around the house and the pricing was reasonable!

We use them every Thursday since I last reviewed them. They charged $110 per visit. We don't have any complaints. They come on time. They worked around our schedule and they did a great job.

The tile and grout in my main bath is over 50 years old. These guys did a great job cleaning it! Grout was white again!

It's hard to find a decent, reputable company now a days, so I joined Angie's List to see what people had to say about the companies they used. I researched different companies for dryer vent cleaning, and First Coast Home Pros was on the top of the list with an exceeding number of great reviews. I checked it out, reviewed their website, and read all the reviews. So far, so good! After reading several great reviews, I decided to try this company. I called and made an appointment. Their phone staff was well knowledgeable and friendly, just like everyone said they would be. The only thing was, they were booked solid for at least a week, and my dryer was not drying. I had to wait 3 cycles each time to dry my clothes, and it was exhausting. I figured I'd wait the week since people raved about this company. Finally, it was a day before my appointment day, almost near the close of the business day and no one called me to follow-up or remind me of the appointment. I didn't call them because I forgot. On the day of the appointment, I called first thing in the morning, and confirmed that someone indeed would be coming to my house to fix the dryer. I would've liked to have received a call the day prior to remind me. It was exactly the time of the appointment, and no one was here yet, but I did receive a call from one of the technicians that they were running 30 minutes behind. So I was ok with that. Twenty minutes later, they arrived as they said they would, and the two guys were friendly and professional. They completed the work efficiently and showed me the problem (there was water in the connector air duct which they removed and cleaned), and they cleaned the vent from the roof as well. They also vacuumed my laundry room, and it actually looked CLEANER than when they arrived! This company is as good as all the reviews that you read. I am extremely pleased with their service, although I would've liked to have received a reminder call the day prior. Overall, I highly recommend First Coast Home Pros.

Three men showed up on time. The confirmed the details of the job. The job was finished in about 5 hours. They check with me to confirm that everything was don to my satisfaction.

Technical called and arrive early. Had complete job done in less than 1 hour. Work included going on tile roof and took care not to damage anything. Very pleasant technician.

They did an excellent job. They were delayed because of a prior job but they called in advance to let me know and make sure it was not inconvenient. Also, they called again to let me know they were on their way. They were very efficient and did an excellent job. They were here for a few hours because we had 3 services performed. I would definitely use them again. I found them through their great reviews on Angie's list and they did not disappoint.

Set up the appointment from the Angie's site via email. Got a prompt response, and an appointment in a couple of days. They showed up when they said they would and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. Our dryer had not been drying the loads as well as it had in the past, and had an AF error light on, indicating a restriction in the air flow. Good job!
