The First Coast Home Pro team , consisting of Mike and two other technicians arrived at the scheduled time, verified what we wanted done and got to work. Our house virtually sparkled when they were done. This is an excellent company to do business with. Their office staff, estimators and work crews are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They understand what customer service is and strive to make the customer happy. Before their work crew left, they made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The next day their front office called to insure everything was done right. I will definitely use their services again.

The two gentlemen that arrived to do the work were very professional and did a pretty good (not perfect) job of leaving the home in the same order as when they arrived. The only reason that they did not get an "A" on professionalism is much more related to the company than the workers. When I set up the visit, I had several calls with the company to discuss pricing, specifically because the home has two HVAC systems. The older, upstairs system was exhausting some dark material and that is why I called in the first place. The downstairs system was replaced last summer, and I have had the opportunity to look into the ducts relatively recently. While there was some dust, it certainly did not warrant the cost of cleaning. The price quoted was $100 for the air handling unit plus $25 for each of the four ducts, less a 20% discount, for a total of $160. A later call resulted in the cleaning date being set and the price was confirmed at that time. There were several follow up calls during which the scheduler was trying to determine if my time could be moved to an earlier date or a later time, in both cases because of a change in their schedule. Since I was relatively flexible, I agreed to both changes. The date change did not ultimately occur, but the time change did. The quoted price for the service never came up during these calls. When the service team arrived, they informed me that the service call minimum was $250. They indicated that this issue was recognized earlier in the day, and apologized for the misunderstanding. I found it strange that no one had called to explain this issue before they drove out to the job site, but I thanked them for coming by and stated that I was not willing to pay that amount for the visit. They said they would check with their office since they were already there, and returned to their van to make the call. They came back to the door and very politely said that the $250 price was firm. I again thanked them for their time and declined their offer to pay 56% more than had been quoted for the service. They again returned to their van, and again returned to my door, this time stating that the owner had authorized the work at the quoted price. I am not sure how to think about this series of events. The work was done very professionally and the workers were on time and worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. That being said, the minimum price issue does not seem to make sense. A minimum was never mentioned during the 3 calls that I had prior to agreeing to the service. Also, if there was a minimum, and it had been discussed the morning of the visit internally to the company, why did no one call and inform me? I will leave it to the reader to decide if there was any conscious attempt to raise the price after quoting the job. At a minimum, I suggest that the customer ask for an email quotation so that any issues can be addressed before the day of the work. I would probably have First Coast Home Pros quote future work at my home.

They were very professional, prompt and courteous. The next day though the rain came, not fault of theirs, however there must have been dust still on the screens as it transferred to the window. minor slip up. However on the plus side they went above and beyond in cleaning the sliding glass doors that were inside the glassed in sun room.

Such a great company! I work long hours and live in a small apartment, and felt a little guilty hiring First Coast. After the consultation, I felt a bit better about hiring them to clean my apartment once a month. After the first cleaning, I was so impressed! I can't wait for them to come again!

Arrived on time. Courteous, friendly and efficient. Cleaned from the roof and also below. Used a brush too. these guys were great! I would highly recommend them.

They were quick and cleaned up after the service. A few days later I noticed a piece of metal on the lawn (looked like a trim piece from skylights....so I have called the company and they are coming back Monday and check to see if something came off of the roof while it was being cleaned. I cannot get up there or I would have been more specific, but it is a two story house.

First Coast is FANTASTIC. The schedulers are always friendly on the phone. The team that comes out every other week to clean our home is friendly and thorough. If for any reason they are running a little late, they call to let us know. The teams that have come out to wash the windows, clean the dry vent, clean the exterior of our home, clean the roof and pressure wash have always done a great job and the only way you know they were here is that everything is squeaky clean.

The men were very quick and professional and answered all my questions. My dryer works so much better. I will use them in the future and refer them to my friends. Thanks so much.

Admittedly the home was filthy and the cleaners at least raised the interior cleanliness to a tolerable level so renovations could be accomplished. Since the carpets were being removed, there was no requirement on vacuuming most of the floors. However, there was significant stains and attention to detail that was missed and had to be cleaned by us at a later date, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. I did not feel we got our full money's worth for the service rendered. If I had to do it again, I would only have the central air ducts cleaned since this service was excellent.

They did the best they could. My carpets were not in good shape. I think they are a good company, that is why I had them come back. My carpets are older and they are worn in certain areas, so it was hard to get them looking back to normal. They looked soiled, but it is not just soil, it is wear and you can't get that out. It look better, but not as I had hoped. They cleaned around the furniture. They moved light things, but they didn't move heavy furniture.

I've used this company for my ongoing house cleaning needs since June. They first did an initial cleaning which was not quite $100 more than the regular cleaning. The ladies come every 2 weeks and are so thorough - full kitchen including inside the microwave, full baths including the shower tiles (wall and floor) and tub enclosures, dusting, vacuuming, even vacuuming the furniture, and damp mopping all wood and tile floors each time. The managers check in with me about every 3 weeks to see if I am happy with my cleaning and to see what they can do better. I've been very happy all along and haven't had any complaints to advise them about. I will be calling them shortly to arrange another heavy duty cleaning - spring cleaning (which will include baseboards, polishing light fixtures, ceiling fans and blinds and all the out of the way nooks and crannies that don't need regular attention)

I gave them at least three different tries, especially since theyare just down the street from me in Springfield. However, each time I found that the basic cleaning in the house were just not done well if at all. I did pay extra for an initial "deep cleaning" of the house to start us out on the right foot as well. The final time I used them, I came home right after they left and I found piles of dust underneath our dining room table, literally giant dust bunnies. I found the same thing behind the tv, lamps, inside the lamps, under the couch, and under my desk. I also found the handful of dishes I left in the sink left over from my breakfast before I left the house, still left in the sink when I got back. So when I called to tell them that I wasn't happy with their service, I told them what I mentioned above, and she said she would send the maid back over after her last job of the day to finish what she didn't do. I told her that was not necessary because that really was not the point of it all. After I didn't accept the one and only resolution that she offered me, I asked for my house key back and she said okay, come by and pick it up. And that was my experience with them.

We have been using Home Pros for house cleaning for the last 6 months. Shelley and her team are always right on time. They are very courteous and do a wonderful job keeping our home clean.

Tech showed up on time and presented himself in a pleasant professional way. He went to work immediately and intently. He did a marvelous job on the carpeting, carefully moving and replacing our furniture to cover every inch. The quality of this part of the work was a solid "A." Our carpet looked brand new. The tile was not done to our satisfaction. The quality of this part of the work was no better than a "C." The house is just seven years old and had been meticulously cared for by the previous owner from whom we recently purchased it. Our expectation was that the grout colors would be reasonably uniform following cleaning. This was the case in three of the five rooms, but not so in the Florida room and master bath. A second disappointment was that clear rubber cement remained on the wall of the master bath shower after it had been cleaned and sealed. We appreciated that the work was done quickly and we expected it also to be done thoroughly. Finally, there was a mix-up with the estimate we were given in advance of the work. Estimates for the carpet cleaning and for the tile cleaning were figured and presented on a single sheet together with a "Total" between the two boxed-in calculations. We therefore assumed this to be THE total and were shocked when we were presented with a bill for a much higher sum. As it turned out, the total provided by the estimator was for the tile only, not for the tile and carpeting. The bill was more than we had anticipated for a second reason: The advertised Angie's List discount was 15% and the amount applied was 10%. The folks as First Coast apologized and corrected this immediately.
